Twice we have been there and they said they were out of chicken Both time were around 6 -6:30 p.m. How does a place that is famous for their chicken sandwich’s not have chicken? They girl that took our order was really rude.

I’ve been eating from Bojangles in Moultrie ever since it opened about 2 years ago and I’ve always asked for the same thing, Grilled Chicken sandwich, the ingredients for the grilled chicken sandwich has always been the buns, a grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I went today 5/25/2025 at 8:05 pm and after ordering my food and waiting in their parking lot for about 20-30 minutes for my food, my grilled chicken sandwich came with no tomatoes and barely any lettuce, as I went back to the drive thru to get my sandwich fixed, the young lady named zianna (pronounced see- anna) proceeds to tell ME that “the grilled chicken sandwich does NOT come with tomatoes” and after I told her that “I’ve had this for many years and that it is part of the ingredients for the grilled chicken sandwich” she proceeds to argue that it is not. After asking me if I want a tomato like if that’s not one of the points of why I’m there. She gives me a 1/4 of a tomato in a container. Which I believe giving that thick of a tomato was on purpose because who puts 1/4 of a whole tomato on a sandwich. This is not the first time I encounter this issue with them, it’s my last straw. Do NOT recommend to eat there unless you don’t mind paying for missing ingredients on your food.

My husband got home from picking up the food, for us to find the chicken was raw. You can't call to complain because the line is off the hook. I'm angry and want this fixed. I'm glad I tore it before I gave the food to my 2 year old!

Can't really say much about the atmosphere as this is a drive thru only. Staff was pleasant to deal with, and the food was fresh and tasty!

I've gave this place many chances, but I'm done. Never going back. I've waited 25 minutes last week, and 20 minutes this week. And on top of that....here is the other issue.
They get your order correct on the screen, correct on the ticket, correct on your debit card....BUT CANNOT GET IT CORRECT IN YOUR BAG. I'm done

I ordered the tenders, my sister had the chicken bites, and my brother had the 3 piece leg and thigh. We all got extremely sick from eating, vomiting and just upset stomach.

Horrible experience. I have been to this location. Service is never good but tonight was the worst. I placed my order after waiting several minutes. I ordered 3 piece white meat. At least that's what I said. Got to the windows and person handed me my drink and my debit card and told me the chicken was coming up and it would be 10 minutes. It was. It was 30 minutes. Got home and had dark meat and my receipt showed dark meat. I guess dark and white sounds the same. My order was brought out in a box and a small bag with Cole slaw. Why couldn't it be put together in a large bag? KFC always put the box in a bag. So I guess enough bad service is enough. Maybe the staff will change at some point and this place can employ some people that actually know what they are doing.

Went thru drive thru in Moultrie GA this morning... ordered 2 ham and egg biscuits. At window worker stated 2 ham and egg biscuits and the receipt stated the same and we were charged for same.. Drove all the way across town only to discover we had 2 biscuits with not even enough ham to cover them. NO EGG AT ALL!!! Also one of the biscuits had a piece of paper in it.. gross... very disappointing.

One of your team members needs to work on their attitude and rudeness when it comes to customers. I orderd lots of sauces (which you are charged for). On receiving my bag I looked in it not finding the sauces I paid for, the women at the window wouldn't give me my sauce after asking and trying to show my receipt showing I paid for them, until another worker stepped in (I'm assuming the woman that took my order) saying I had already paid for them. Thank you to this very nice woman that gave me my sauces and apologized on behalf of the other worker.
