They called to tell me they were out of what I ordered but the lady was super nice and patient with me over the phone and helped by offering to fry my order instead of grilling since their grill was down, She even threw in a free sweet tea onto my order! 10/10 service and food☺️

The restaurant was dirty.. chemicals throughout the place on counters by drink machines . The mop bucket was setting on the floor. No wet floor signs . Trash over the entire floor, it didn't look like anyone had mopped in weeks . Employees on the phone are propped up inside and outside . I did see 1 pregnant women actually taking the mop and cleaning out under the drink machine the napkins and straws inside the bags were placed in the lobby at 1 table and black stuff looked to be inside the bags. The guts should have helped the pregnant girl instead of being on phone and everything else she seems to be working however her with the mop was more bc she was so pregnant I'm sure but then again it could have been habit for all Employees. The food was actually good, though I just think osha would have a field day inside this restaurant it was lunch time also and only 1 customer came beside us into lobby more could have been accomplished as far as a team and cleaning. I won't go back . To the manager who replied to my experience from this store I will not go to any other website to communicate it will take more time than I'm willing to spend also sorry for my dissatisfied experience it was disgusting. As I said, I will not return. Customer satisfaction is only guaranteed through drive-through so. No one sees the black floors' blackness on the napkin and straws paper wrapping.

My husband pulled into the drive through at 10:02pm tonight . After sitting there for atleast 5-6 minutes , he pulled around to the window where they were all just standing around looking at us and laughing . This mess is ridiculous because it isn’t the first time it’s happened, website said they didn’t close until 11pm. Will definitely choose hook fish n chicken for now on . How this place still is in business is beyond me

My last visit was bad. Missing sides. Ordered the premium sides and was told they were out. Then I got a subscription but no refund for the upcharge. The employees seem to be focused on. The business they had going on the side in the parking lot.

I ordered online. There weren’t any customers at all. I went through the drive through to get my order. There were no customers inside or in the drive through. She said I had to come inside to get my order. I went inside to get my order and when I walked to the door to leave. The employees started laughing. Very rude.

I ordered a fish and shrimp plate and they gave it to me immediately. The food was already cooked and under warmer lamps. Not what I expected. I refused the dish and ask for my money back. They were not very cooperative.
The service was outstanding they really were so polite and had great customer service. Food was good as well.

We haven’t been to this location for a few years but decided to go this weekend. We went through the drive thru and it was very quick. The lady at the drive thru window was so nice and courteous. This goes a long way in my opinion and can make or break someone’s opinion of the restaurant. Our food was really good and it was still hot after driving 12 minutes to our house. If you haven’t been for a while give it a chance again. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. There aren’t many restaurants in Moultrie that I have high opinions of anymore and it’s good to have another option.

2/7/24 We had lunch a little earlier today before noon and WOWIt was fantastic!!The service was above and beyond truly not common in today’s workforce. The food was very fresh and delicious.Keep it up guys 10 out of 10 today.
