I’ve been a loyal Chick-fil-A customer for the past eight years, going anywhere from two to four times a week, and I can honestly say they never disappoint. My order is always accurate, fresh, and delicious—something that’s hard to find at many fast-food restaurants.
What truly sets this location apart, though, is the incredible customer service. I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations, and this is by far one of the best. The employees know their customers by name, making every visit feel personal and welcoming. The management team is among the best in the business, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that guests always leave happy. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality keep me coming back week after week.

I have visited here a few times. Both times were at lunch. They were starting to get wrapped around the building, but they quickly got some cashiers and order takers out front, They were pleasant and kind. They were also accurate with the order. Excellent and fast!

The last year our CFA has gone down drastically! The food is not well prepared and my orders are wrong at least half of the time. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast bowl is pitiful. There MAY be the equivalent of 1/2 of an egg in there and the rest is hashbrowns and probably 2 pieces of a nugget cut up. The same issue with the chicken wrap, it is all lettuce, barely any chicken. I go to Thomasville or any other CFA actually, and get much better quality food.

Chick-fil-A always has the best service a d friendly faces. Loved how the food tasted and how quickly I got my order.
No one to take order. Talking into the speaker at the order area and no one answering.. The last two times we have been, there were workers standing around talking but no one helping with orders. First time I have ever been to a Chik Filet that did not have excellent service.
