Great food fast

I used to love coming to eat their food, specifically the chicken sandwich. But for a while now it seems that they pre-make the sandwiches and leave them to the side until someone orders a sandwich. The problem is when you order a sandwich with lettuce, The heat messes with it and makes it wilted and slimy. Another problem is it makes the breading wet and soggy. I know it’s fast food but I can go to any other chick-fil-a around Moultrie and everything is fresh and crispy. This problem isn’t exclusive to the sandwich, it applies to all of their food in general. The only thing they do fine in is the fries which isn't hard to mess up. Not to mention the disaster of a drive through they decided to change.

Overall the quality of the food needs to be better. If you have the option to eat chick-fil-a somewhere else I do that instead.

the renovation is horrible! why do people have to cross the street in order to eat inside? there’s constant traffic jams.
the food is obviously premade and just sitting in a warmer because why is my lettuce so soggy🫩
every other chick fil a i’ve been to is so much better. i get fresh crispy lettuce literally anywhere but here. this bothered me so much i took the time out of my day to write a bad review. please do better, our local taco bell is better than this and that’s bad.

After remodeling and getting new people the service sucks they never get your order right. You pay for your meal and don’t get your fries or drink, it’s a waste of money. Been a loyal consumer of cfa and my previous experience makes me not want to eat at there agin. Don’t eat at the Moultrie location.

The new drive thru is ridiculous . People come in the EXIT lane and OVER the DOUBLE yellow lines to skip everyone else that has been waiting in line like we aren’t here waiting . Like this truck . They need to put cones on the entrance lane so that people coming in the exit can’t cut into line.

Absolutely horrible to drive in too to get to the parking so I had to use the bypass. Only after the bypass you have to turn right and can’t pull into the parking lot. Then they were ton of employees just standing around.
