Last time I was there a man claiming to partner with Don Julios is harrassing all the tables for money "for the veterans" and upon asking the staff who he was, they shrug, but do nothing to stop his activity. Time before that, I had a plate that was very spicy and never got my drink refilled for the entire visit. You're a Mexican food establishment by god. Your food is often spicy. Least you can do is check back for drinks. Instead, we get empty glasses and pan handlers harrassing you while you're trying to dine. ?

Food is always great! Service is even better. Just ate there; Miguel was our server. There was a family sitting right next to us. I guess the youngest boy was maybe 3 or 4. He was playing and threw an aluminum foil ball and it landed on our table. We didn’t care a bit. The little boy’s mama apologized profusely. It was really no big deal. The family paid for our supper ❤️❤️❤️ totally appreciate that too. That was the sweetest thing.

Well, everything is good. The food, the service and price. The only reason for 4 stars was the beer selection was slim and they ran out of something my husband would drink. When in town definitely stop in.

First Service is OUTSTANDING. Then it's like all the other Tex Mex places - menu is the same , food tastes the same, etc. I do think their salsa is better than most . Lots of seating room... would be good for kids. Good thing about this place is you get exactly what you expect plus a little more (better service) - this the 4 stars. Had the street tacos and a chimichanga. All were as expected. I recommend when looking for a good meal with great service.....

The food is good if you eat there. We do take out from there on occasion and it usually arrives very cold, even when we have to wait for it to be finished being prepared for pickup when we arrive. The service is hot and miss when dining in. Some days you will get prompt service without a problem. Others, you will sit for up to 20 minutes waiting for drink orders to be taken. One night I had to track down another waitress to refill my drink and to bring us a to go box and ticket. Our original waitress was no where to be found. Tonight, we sat for 15 minutes waiting for even our drink orders to be taken and watched 4 tables get drinks and have food orders be taken. There is really no consistency.

Resturant doesn't carry a good chunk of the items on the menu. waitress forgot our silverware & didnot offer refills. Margaritas was fine however food was bland definitely NOT Authentic and over priced for the quality.

Great food! The waitresses are so nice and sweet! The bathrooms are cleaned really well and the food is awesome! Don Julio's never lets us down! The food is always warm and the waitresses are very nice and put together! We will definitely be eating here again.

Service was medium at best. My wife'schiclen burrito had some chicken meat in a burrito shell only. We could have made the same thing at home. So sad. Our margaritas didn't have salt as requested. Disappointing...

Service was terrible, waitress came to table with chips and salsa her fingers were touching the chips. We gave her a pass (anyone can make a mistake). We ordered nachos supreme and waitress took it upon herself to charge for beef nachos and add an extra charge for each topping. Making the total more than it should have been. We asked for the check which she never brought to the table. We ended up having to get check printed at the hostess stand. Ground beef was chunky and under cooked. This place is NOTHING! Steer clear. If you Google the word horrible the definition would be: Don Julios on Veterans Parkway in Moultrie Ga. You would think that none of the employees can talk because they are so cold and mute. UNACCEPTABLE

The Food in Moultrie is just as good as it is in the other Locations I have visited. I REALLY WISH I could say the service was as good as well. There is no one in charge, I guess would be the problem. There were plenty of personal on duty during my visit. Most of them seemed to be just wondering around. Dog gone SHAME, this location has the best looking Building too.

When we arrived, no one was available to seat us. We were just a party of 2. We had to wait for the cashier to take care of 3 customers that were paying before we got seated. We decided to sit at the bar and it took at least 10 minutes before anyone came to us. A young man brings chips and salsa and asks if we need anything else, and of course we tell him we want to order food. He looks at us and says, "Oh ok. I'll find someone." We ordered the chorizo cheese dip and a young man brings it to us after a while, then says he doesn't know if it's actually ours, takes it and comes back with it again. It was cold. Waited for our server to come back to let her know it was cold. She brought a completely new order of the dip. When we received our food, we'd not been provided with utensils, so we had to go look for utensils. Anything we needed or asked for took over ten minutes to be provided. The food was bland and the service was not very good at all. Never received the check, so we had to go to the cashier and let her know what we had in order for us to pay. This particular location for Don Julio's is not one I will visit again. It is nowhere near as good in service or anything else as the one in Tifton. Very disappointing.
