I went to Ellianos Coffee in Moultrie, GA to redeem the free medium drink they were offering for Veterans Day. The staff said they hadn’t heard anything about it, so I showed them the promotion directly from their own website — and they still denied it. Coming from someone who hates asking for anything, this really stung. My wife gets drinks from Ellianos all the time, but I doubt that’ll continue after she hears how they treated a veteran today.

Was given the wrong drink 3 days in a row . Actually went back the 3rd day and asked them I if they could remake it and it was still wrong . Paid .60 extra today just to make sure they actually put the flavor in the drink today since they keep forgetting. Not sure what’s going on with them lately. .

Parking lot is very poorly designed for two windows . Especially in the mornings, it’s an absolute mess trying to get in line without blocking traffic in the other lane or letting it back up into the streets.

Went for a coffee run this morning , and the young lady at the window was in such a great mood. Music was playing, all smiles and overall great service :) she set my mood for the rest of the day !!!!

My one and only visit here was ok for the most part. I just wish I had more time to see the menu but they don't give you the time because they have you on a timer, which is a bummer if you're unable to park and order inside. I ordered a frozen coffee with cream, it was ok nothing fancy. I'll try again in the future

Lacks consistency. Up until recently , I loved coming here because their lattes taste strong . But lately , their lattes taste like iced milk. The color of the latte says a lot about how milky it’s going to taste so they must know before they send it out the window just by looking at how pale the drink is. I shouldn’t have to go home and add espresso . That defeats the purpose of running through a drive thru.

I forgot my wallet at home when placing my order and did not realize it. I told the staff I would come back and order after I went back to grab my wallet. The gentlemen at the register told me not to worry about it and blessed me. I went back and they refused to take my card. It was a great blessing!

I had to update my review. As I mentioned in a post before, over a year ago, I had the gastric bypass. Anyone who knows anything about the procedure knows specific food items are no longer able to be a part of a person's diet. The past few times I have gone, I have had sugar in my Guilt Free Vanilla Freezer. My body tells me when a specific ingredient is present. I'm disappointed. The service and atmosphere is no longer cheerful or welcoming. No cheerful greetings, not many smiles, and they seem to be nervous, when specific employees work together. A young lady mentioned to my husband and I about the manager no longer allowing the extra from the blender to be served. I'm cool with it, however if their sized cups were sized as Dunkin Donut's cups, there would be no waste. If a small, medium, or large recipe calls for a specific amount of ingredients, and if it doesn't fit in the container ordered, it gets thrown away, but the customer pays full pric, that is called stealing. I'm done with Elkianos stealing my hard earned money, that I work 12 hour shifts for. The past two weeks or more Ellianos in Moultrie has been declining in service towards my husband and I. We used to go two to three times a day. Now, since our last visit, I have decided to not return after I use my rewards this last time. Moultrie needed a place of heart and neighbor friendly. That is no longer Ellianos. I do not apologize for honestly. I am going to apologize to the specific workers who shared their kindness with us, even for just a short time.
Update: because of this review, I am no longer allowed to be served at this location. I made an order because I was late for work (law enforcement), and the young lady announced they were making my order, a minute later she came to the window and stated her "manager" said they can no longer serve me. Neither of the young ladies knew how I could get a refund for over $35.00. I had to find a link to get someone's attention because there isn't any help on how to get a refund.
Google review is FOR honest opinions about businesses for review by locals, tourists, and critics. However this has become retaliation. I pray that the manager ceases to make this personal, when a review is just as it states, "a review". People have opinions. If this sensitive society wants this type of leadership, then, I would like to live back in the 90s and further.
I always tell people, "Be careful how you treat people. You never know when you're entertaining an angel, "You get what you give."

My daughter specifically wanted an Elliano’s milkshake for her birthday today, she’s been excited about it all day. We haven’t been in a while until today. For her. Open sign was on. We sat beside the window for a while and then I looked inside the building to see if there was actually anyone there. There was a brunette girl 5 feet away, doing something. She never acknowledged that we were at the window. I remember why we don’t frequent there any longer.

You only have drive-through as a service option and can expect the typical long waits for this type of venue. Although, I feel it is the best specialty coffee choice in Moultrie.

Took 30-40 minutes to make one person coffee was only one car in drive thru at time. We had to drive off because it took so long.
