Went through the drive through and order the 3 large subs and every single one was cold as ice if I wanted a cold sub I would have went to subway. I will NOT go back again. I wasted $45.00 on three subs that was gross.

Like everyone else is saying. The people who work here are lazy. They WILL take 30-40 minutes to make a single sandwhich. Food is good. Employees look miserable. And stand on their phones while 1 person makes your sandwhich.

Was excellent when first opened, service seems to have went down, staff acted like they hated their job. Sandwich was ok...not what I'm accoustomed to at Fire House Subs.

This location is very slow with the drive thru. I placed my order, pulled up to the pick up window, paid my order total and received my food 5 minutes 23 seconds later. Out of the two combos that I ordered, the bag of SunChips was busted opened at the bottom. I gave the bag back to the worker and it was replaced. Please make some improvements!

Please firehouse don't respond with your generic reply. We know you don't care because this is common practice at this establishment. We are making deli sandwiches here. Literally putting mayo lettuce and meat on bread. Why for the love of Jesus Christ does it take so long for a sandwich? Then you have us stuck in the drive throughout which seems like a fire hazard. Is firehouse against fire safety? Non of us can leave even if we wanted to.
The food is always delicious! A little pricey but everything is these days. Employees are always friendly. My only complaint is it takes forever to get your food.
