The gravy this morning is disgusting. It looks like chicken gravy and its horrible. Its not white or creamy it looks and taste like water gravy smh this is a shame I would never recommend this restaurant.

Very upset they made my little girl clean her mess up (we ofcourse did it) but before that we were waiting for the rest of our party to get there and the lady says that we can not sit in the dining room without ordering and made us get out until our party arrived.

Nice interiors. Clean bathroom. A little maintenance is needed. Lights in bathrooms there is wrong with them, half strengrh and all just flicker.
Respectable, clean, friendly staff.
Love the lare oblong in di Ning area. Makes feel homey.

The person working in the drive-thru acted offended that I had come to order food. The service was exceptionally bad, and I won't be back. There are too many other choices in town.

I could not find the pork chop n gravy biscuit online and by now it was 11:58 so I ultimately decided to call Hardee’s. The lady answered right away, was very kind, and offered to hold the biscuit for me! The receipt name said Judae. I also placed an online order for the rest of the food. That receipt name said Xpient. Both ladies were really fast in the drive thru and very kind. The order was ready at the scheduled time of pickup, correct, and food was hot and fresh. Fries were perfectly salted and drink came with no ice like we asked. Mushroom Swiss burger was juicy and the mushroom sauce were so tasty. The pork chop n gravy biscuit was fresh and soft. The original bag was such a great value and both burgers were fresh and customized like I asked. We used an offer online and earned stars for our order. I hope these ladies don’t leave; they were so helpful and positive!

I went through the drive through, placed my order paid and picked up my order. All timely. Not an issue. Employee at window was nice and friendly. Problem was when I got home and later checked my bank account, I had an additional charge for a few cents less than my original order. I called the next morning and talked to the manager on duty and was told that within 48 hours one charge would drop off and that another customer had called with the same complaint that there was a problem with their card system. Not a good problem to have. I let her know that If I don't see this money credited back to my account, I will file a police report. Just wonder if this is happening with the same employee. It is identity theft no matter how it happens
I will not patronize a business that handles customer complaints in this manner. That money should have been offered back to me as soon as I could get back to their store. No matter if it drops off. 48 hours? I'm the loser in this situation, not Hardee's. People check your receipt, your bag with your order and by all means, your bank account. Do this before you leave the window.

Food is below mediocre. They have a deal on chicken tenders. However the chicken tenders are over cooked and extremely small; leaving the "deal" more of a waste of money. Their tea is entirely too sweet, begging diabetic comas to infect everyone. Their biscuits are their only plus we have had. Hamburgers are dry, flat, and have no flavor. The veggies are wilted and spoiled. Their fries are salty and oily. I can go on and on. Depending on who is working is how the customer gets treated. Our favorite person is a strong, short African American Lady. We went through the drive-thru, the staff was boisterously insane! She slightly raised her voice and put them in. Their place; you could hear a pin drop. For service, this is our favorite place. The atmosphere is a good place to hang out, but not recommended for a meal. A rule of thumb, treat the food you serve, and your customers as if they are the undercover boss, or food critique; you never know which one will pop-up in the store or drive-thru.
