No AC in building….no POS machines working at front counter. No organization with keeping track of orders, total confusion with food runners and kitchen staff. Waited an exceptionally long time and was asked repeatedly what my order was….someone needs to come to this restaurant and have proper management turn store around or IDK how it’s gonna stay open.

Messed up from the start!
I ordered a cheeseburger for my dog, got charged for 7 cheeseburgers 🍔 after finally getting that fixed we sat at the end of the sidewalk ( I don't know why,,,, there were no other customers behind us) for 21 minutes waiting for a cheeseburger, a star burger, a monster burger, 2 fries, & 2 drinks!
Then the burgers looked like they sat the bottom bun on the counter and played Frisbee golf to stack them out.

This place is a joke. Every single item on my order was wrong. After waiting for 10 minutes at the drive thru, they had me pull ahead for another 20. After getting my food, they still forgot a couple of items so I parked and went inside to get it corrected. They told me that they had to see the receipt (which they never gave me) and refused to give me the additional items I paid for. After REORDERING it and REPAYING, I can proudly say that the workers there on July 4, 2025 around 10am are not smart at all. This place doesn’t deserve to serve the people of this community. I sincerely hope the manager on site this morning is fired or something because it’s inexcusable.

I went thru the drive thru to place my order for breakfast. The lady on the headset comes over the speaker and asks me to order. While I am ordering she tells me they can’t do the peach shake but they have peach tea and peach lemonade.i tell her no maam give me a minute. While I am saying this she proceeded to tell me again that they have the tea or lemonade. I tell her I’d like orange juice instead and she then asks if that is all before I can respond she said please pull around and cuts her microphone off. I then get to the window and ask for the manager and the lady goes and tells the manager I need to speak to her but the manager fails to come over to the window. I then receive my food and pull off only to find out the Sausage and egg biscuit has cheese on it. I then go back to the store a nicer lady fixes my food and gets the manager for me. Overall the lady in the drive thru was rude and rushing.

one of them were very rude and likes to buck up at people. very hostile environment and the manager doesn’t do anything about the constant cussing. very unprofessional as a whole establishment. do better

The Hardee's in Moultrie is like a broken elevator, 𝐢𝐭'𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐥𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧.

Inside closed at random times throughout the day with no signs or apparent reason. Always random menu items unavailable. When you do get food it'll probably be wrong or cold. The only saving grace for this location is breakfast, if they didn't have the breakfast boom, they'd be closed for good. One time I went at 6pm and they said they couldn't make food for the rest of the day because the ceiling was getting worked on (and yet they were still open and fully staffed inside. Why not close if you can't serve any food?) I keep trying to go back to this location and every time I'm disappointed. Time to call it quits on this one.

Waited 30 minutes in drive through a long with two other vehicles that were waiting as well.
So I decided to go in and see what the hold up was and to my surprise ALL the employees were school kids laughing and cutting the fool. When I asked what was taking so long one of the group clowns had my order in her hand but was to occupied acting like a clown instead of bringing me my order...when I got home my burger was under cooked still pink and the other was burnt!!!!!!! YOU WANT TO CLOWN AROUND JOIN THE CIRCUS!!!!
