We have a love hate relationship with this place , more often than not our food has either been under or over cooked and lots of times missing items , the one main time our chicken was practically RAW I called up there and the manager was completely rude I then called corporate and they said they were going to send a gift card for the amount of the chicken but never did .

As a result of being dissatisfied with Bojangles, my wife and I gave KFC a try. They advertised a feast meal that was perfect and we ordered. We asked for extra crispy chicken.
First, we did not receive all the items listed on their promotion in the feast. When I questioned the store, they said that the things I thought I was supposed to get were $5 more even though the ad was very clear on the menu board at drive thru. I let that go.
We get home, and our extra crispy order included only 1 piece of extra crispy. The rest was original recipe. Had they called this out to us, we would have likely agreed to take it, but the two issues combined are unacceptable.

REALLY disappointed ☹️ I ordered 2 big dinners and asked for the gravy on the side and a small chocolate chip cake. When I got to the window I asked if the gravy was on the side and was told quickly “Yes” my 2 teas were dripping tea everywhere and when I arrived at my destination we found I’d been given a MOLDED (green fur) cake. My daughter attempted to take it back for a refund. Waited for almost 15 minutes for a manager to come to the store because the girl was in training and couldn’t do it. They took the receipt and my daughters phone number. Still waiting on that call, and a refund !!! For what I paid total, I expected better!!!!

The food and its quality depends on the shift. Sometimes it's perfect, other times it's over or undercooked. The staff is "ghetto" overall, some have manners, others are scripted. Not a good place to eat. It's a gamble with the food quality and staff.

I decided to download the kfc app. I made a pickup later for 715pm. I did this at 530pm. I arrived at KFC at 712pm. I was expecting my order to be in the pickup bin but it wasn’t. That was a good sign To hat meant it wasn’t made at 530 and sitting. I looked at the kitchen and they was preparing it fresh. I received it at 718. I’m totally ok with 3 minutes. My food was correct Fresh and hot. Good job
