Absolutely horrible service everytime i come in here. I don't even come here to eat. I am a dasher and I have to come pick up food here. Every time without fail, 30 to 40 minute wait time and that's on a good day. If you go through drive thru, you will get your food quickly but never if you come inside the restaurant. This place needs to either close or get new management in place to run the night shift better. As I am writing this. I have been standing by the register for about 10 minutes and not 1 person has come to greet me to see what I need. I have been able to type all this without any interruption by an employee to help me. Do not order from here if you can help it!

I arrived at 7:45 ordered a 12 piece X crispy family meal that includes: 6 biscuits & 3 sides (2 Mac & cheese, 1 mashed potato). I paid $38 and some ¢; I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. I was directed to a parking spot. I waited 20 mins when the girl who took my order came out asking for my receipt and saying it would be another “13mins” I asked if I could go to the dollar store and come back she said yes. She was taking my receipt when I said “shouldn’t I keep my receipt, I don’t want to come back and have problems bc I don’t have my receipt” the girl said it was fine because she knew which car I was in. I left & came back before time was up and parked in my same spot & continued to wait. At 8:40 a girl brings food to my car and apologizes for the wait. I said it was okay, but I checked the order. The order & receipt was not mine. It was for a grey car 2 cars down( 10 piece:4 biscuits: 1mashed potato: 1 Mac& cheese:1 coleslaw)I get back in line a say my order is wrong & the receipt had the name & color of the other vehicle. I get back to the window and the girl wanted to argue that it was the x crispy order. They were taking back the food and at that point I waited an hour and asked if I was going to have to wait again. They asked what was missing. I said well if it’s a 10 piece than 2 pieces of chicken and 2 biscuits since there was only 4. They give me 2 extra biscuits & I THOUGHT 2 pieces of chicken. When they handed me back the food I said “ I hope you guys have a better night.” Not a smile, not a thank you, but that’s okay because I don’t ever regret being nice. I come home and there was only 9 pieces of chicken. I’m disappointed but every time I come here there’s a problem with my order so I didn’t expect much.

We have a love hate relationship with this place , more often than not our food has either been under or over cooked and lots of times missing items , the one main time our chicken was practically RAW I called up there and the manager was completely rude I then called corporate and they said they were going to send a gift card for the amount of the chicken but never did .

As a result of being dissatisfied with Bojangles, my wife and I gave KFC a try. They advertised a feast meal that was perfect and we ordered. We asked for extra crispy chicken.

First, we did not receive all the items listed on their promotion in the feast. When I questioned the store, they said that the things I thought I was supposed to get were $5 more even though the ad was very clear on the menu board at drive thru. I let that go.

We get home, and our extra crispy order included only 1 piece of extra crispy. The rest was original recipe. Had they called this out to us, we would have likely agreed to take it, but the two issues combined are unacceptable.
