The store hours have recently been changed to 24 hours. We JUST pulled up (2335 hours). No one came over the intercommunication system. My husband drove around to the window. There was a person leaning over the counter. My husband pressed the horn twice to get their attention. We were ignored. I took a photo of the person. As we pulled off, there was another male sitting in the dining room, who glanced at us, but did not show any interest in us being customers.

awful customer service. went there tn to get a number 1, chili pup dog, and a chicken spicy meal sandwich. gave us 2 meals and the other food. paid for what we DID NOT WANT!!! The woman completely walked away while we where waiting on our order. was waiting at the window for about 10 minutes and i screamed “sir” to a dude that walked by and the other food was sitting on the counter he handed my boyfriend the food and said, “this should be the right order” and the food was ice cold. would give 0 stars if i could!!!!!

I work for Uber Eats. I called Krystal's last week to check to make sure they are still open 24/7. I had an issue picking up food at 5:55am. No one was answering at the speaker but restaurants have been having issues since Hurricane Helene so please be patient! The lady I spoke to was very nice and told me they are definitely still 24/7!

We were the only customers there and it was lunch time, my boyfriend has been sick and was wanting chili cashier Stated they only serve it seasonal, so we got 2 Krystals and left and went to Wendy's and got chili where it's served year round.
Drive thru is like a Doctor office, tell them what you want and wait 30 to an hour in the parking lot for your food if it's right. This place should not be open until new staff is running it.
