I've gone to this Krytals TWO days in a row and asked for NO cheese and both days I have cheese! Clearly they don't listen nor understand food allergies (IF that was my case but its not) I simply DO NOT want cheese on my burgers! Very disappointing!

The Last 2 or 3 times I've been here, I've went to the drive thru. Placed my order, then asked to pull up and park and they'll bring my food out. Even if it's not busy. Always takes them 20mins to get my order out to me. Nothing fast about this place.

The chocolate milk shake i ordered was nasty, it tasted sour, like spoiled milk. Went through drive through and I had to pull up and park, was parked 20 minutes and they were not busy at all. I will not be back.

We used to love Krystal, but we drove 37 miles out of our way to go to the Moultrie location. Upon arrival, we noticed that they were close to finishing a well-deserved remodel, but even with an update to the restaurant, it's still a hamburger joint.
This visit we found the food to be disgusting. The burgers were so greasy that everyone was running to the bathroom.
The staff was friendly and seemed excited to be getting a newly remodeled dining room.

Sitting in the drive thru as I type this. Only customer here. Have been waiting for 23 minutes for my food and have walked inside to ask about it twice. If I wouldn’t have paid with my card id ask for my money back and never come again. This is unacceptable and I will be telling everyone. Haven’t eaten here in over a year because of the last time was a situation just like this. Was hoping the new building and renovation would change the service. It’s stil crappy
Ordered food and waited in line for it. Then, the employee in the drive-thru was hanging out the window talking with friends after giving the car the food for 10 minutes. We pull up to get our food, and the employee just sits there with the window closed and not handing the food out the window, all while the food is sitting there in the bag. This type of service is uncalled for.

The store hours have recently been changed to 24 hours. We JUST pulled up (2335 hours). No one came over the intercommunication system. My husband drove around to the window. There was a person leaning over the counter. My husband pressed the horn twice to get their attention. We were ignored. I took a photo of the person. As we pulled off, there was another male sitting in the dining room, who glanced at us, but did not show any interest in us being customers.
