I am not want to complain much as I am a business owner and understand things Happens but when it takes 45 minutes to get anything you order Yeah, it is ridiculous. There is no reason it should take 45 minutes for three bowls of chili three crystals and three fries. Please inform us when you have new management and it won’t take so long to get our food and we’ll be back.after I completed this I started reading all the other reviews so I came back to say Iit looks like we wast our time by giving review because after all the bad reviews nothing has changed

Just came at 7:03am and they saw us pull up would not come to the speaker nor answer after opening.We drove around twice through the drive-thru and nothing! There were 2 vehicles there asumming one for taking orders and one for cooking If you are not ready yet keep your lights off until you are! Just rude!

Krystal's food is great. The only complaint i have is with the drive thru. They took out order, repeated our order back to us and then still gave us the wrong food.

I ordered grits with sausage gravy and they brought out grits with gravy that looked like water with no sausage in the gravy so I took the order back and the lady said I don’t know I’m not the cook and just stared at me like I was stupid. She plainly saw the soupy grits and gravy so I threw the grits and gravy away. She did not offer me my money back or anything .

I always dread coming to this Krystal, but I can’t help craving the food. The customer service is consistently terrible. For example, if you come in the morning and order non-breakfast items, the staff acts like it’s a problem. They ignore you when you ask simple questions, like how long it will take—even if you ask more than once. The food may be good, but the service really brings the whole experience down.

Spent $ 22 tonight, and came home to 8 burgers that were covered in Mold. The onion rings were nasty and called to speak with someone and of course no answer. Don't waste your money - it is pathetic

They asked me to pull forward so they could make My fries. Ok. Anyone coming here already knows you’re getting pulled forward every single time and waiting at least 20 minutes . It was expected . But then they gave me regular chili cheese fries after I paid for PARTY sized chilli cheese fries. And the rest of my food was so cold I had to reheat it. Seems as though they made my food and let it sit the 20 minutes it took them to make the fries . I Called them several times to resolve the issue and got no answer. I also called the second number given in voicemail and also got no answer .
I wouldn’t even leave this review if we wouldn’t have had a bad experience with them 3 weeks ago when they didn’t have chilli so simply didn’t give us half of our food we paid for and they didn’t give us a refund.

Fast to take your order and money! Very SLOW to get the food out. Visibly understaffed during Breakfast rush. How the heck you run out of coffee!!
I've gone to this Krytals TWO days in a row and asked for NO cheese and both days I have cheese! Clearly they don't listen nor understand food allergies (IF that was my case but its not) I simply DO NOT want cheese on my burgers! Very disappointing!

The chocolate milk shake i ordered was nasty, it tasted sour, like spoiled milk. Went through drive through and I had to pull up and park, was parked 20 minutes and they were not busy at all. I will not be back.
