Sevice was terrible. We waited for 40 minutes after ordering to get our food, although it wasn't overly busy. The steaks were overcooked and well done when we ordered medium. The baked potatoes were cold. We sent it back, paid for the salad and tea and left. The manager gave is a free appetizer card for the next visit, however I won't be back anytime soon.

This is a very nice restaurant. Stopped for dinner and was a great choice. We were greated upon arrival and promptly seated. Waitress was very professional and helpful with the menu. Issue was the restaurant coke, fountain drinks machine was out of order, we had to choose from tea or lemonade to drink. They did have a wine menu or cocktails available. Ordered the filet and baked potatoes with one chop steak for myself. Salad and Brussels sprouts. No issues here. All cooked perfectly and very nice portions. One issue is this restaurant can be a little pricy, but quality justify the cost.

Went in for lunch today at about 11:15am. First time we came in and food was cold and service was very slow. Food is getting worse each time we come in. I am not sure we will be back. Staff takes care of locals better than others. We sat in the bar and had to ask for menus and had to get our own silverware off of the bar as none was brought to us.

Longhorn is my favorite chain steakhouse. You can go to any location in the country and they do it right and they never disappoint. It isn't loud and over the top like the Texas Roadhouses are. I love to just kick back and relax while I eat a flavorful Outlaw ribeye!!!
Came in with a large party. Food was good but part of my order, a hamburger was forgotten about, and another party member recieved cold chicken. Manager comped just the burger for myself and still charged me for the side and drink.

Went for lunch.around 1130am...not busy, maybe 6 other customers. We were seated in a booth directly under a speaker, from which was coming very loud music...we couldn't hear one another when we tried to talk..we requested another seat and we shown 3 other booths next to the first. We asked to be seated in another area and were told that our server ( who we hadnt seen yet) had just that area. And that was all they could do... We walked out...so much for customer service.
