I went there with my family. There were 4 of us. Service was great and also was the atmosphere. There were no issues with the food. I was extremely pleased as I have not been in the past at the Albany location. Thank you.

Most of the staff here really, really care. The structure of the restaurant keeps everyone from being able to do their best and it's almost always understaffed.The steaks are over seasoned so definitely ask for less. The filet is your best bet, but the salmon salad was wonderful as well.Dietary restrictions: Easy to eat gluten free

We were happy to see that the lamb chops were back on the menu because it is our favorite. We had been planning to order dinner soon, but I saw that the cheesecake was out of stock and that is our favorite dessert. I've been calling the past couple of days to check on it, and all the ladies who answered the phone were very kind, patient, and helpful. I learned this afternoon that the cheesecake was back in stock so I placed a to go order for dinner. I called 30 minutes before my pick up time and Alex confirmed that the order went through and would be ready on time. He brought out the food and he was very nice. Everything came as ordered and was well organized and was even labeled, which was great. The steak was rare and the 2 orders of lamb chops were medium and medium rare like we asked. The cheesecake is the best. Will definitely order again!

I placed a to go order and everything seemed to be on track when I arrived. I received the notification that the food would be out shortly. Twenty five minutes later I decided to walk in to see if my food was ready. It was and I did receive an apology; however, several items were cool such as the rice and sweet potato. I was disappointed with the service and will probably not order a meal on line again from this restaurant bc of this experience.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Came here for dinner tonight, ordered a MEDIUM cooked steak with mashed potatoes and corn. The steak was RARE, there was so much blood from the steak it got all in my mashed potatoes and all over my corn. The mashed potatoes were cold like ice, and the corn was black from char. I gave the steak back for it to be completely burnt from the grill. I wish I had pictures. The service was good but not great. I spent the whole hour and a half I was here with an empty drink. The only time our waitress spoke to us was to take our order, take our steak back, and get our ticket. They didn’t even give us any type of discount for our inconvenience. I will not be back. DO BETTER LONGHORN!

Service was horrible bathroom a mess tables not bussed... the manager clearly had no control even scream at staff to get out there and clear tables... unprofessional
Every other longhorns I been to was not like that so I had chicken tenders in fries the first batch I had is cold they bring me a new batch okay then my grandparents from out of town fries are cold my papa steak is cold in broccoli in they where supposed to bring brussel sprouts in then we wait like at least 30 mins in now they out in they want get us another batch when we didn't have time for it I don't recommend this place Albany is better.

This is an awful place to go. The service is terrible and the waitress are rude. They try to fight people and make huge scenes. They also talk about their customers. They vape and allow others to inside the restaurant. They are very disrespectful to the customers. Don’t go here.

3 ribeyes that were no good to eat. Spicy and salty and the amount of fat was unbelievable. I’m not a food critic by no means, but I was so disappointed in this food. Steaks aren’t cheap, so to have a piece of fat with a sample of meat is so upsetting.
