I'm pretty okay with everything. But the one issue I have is ever since COVID was over. This place never went back to 24 hours 7 days a week, and I want to know why that is? I work through the night s lot and there's a lot of times I do want a big mac at 2 - 4 in the morning

Its been a while since I had the money to eat out but this place has been clean with good food every time that I go. I am thankful for the self check out. My anxiety makes ordering difficult.

Always have to wait. Had to wait for bacon to be cooked this morning. Pull up and wait!
Waited 10 minutes, no food and 4 cars behind me get their food and drive off. I paid, no food, drove off with no food.
Will never go back!

I will not eat at this place again until. The nasty person not adhering to the dress code, wearing skinny jeans and then have them pulled down below their butt cheeks. I watch him pull them up and down a little over and over while bagging people's food after touching his underwear. Him and every manager that allows him or anyone else to not have their pants pulled up and tucked in should be fired. I remember when mcdonald's used to be one of the best fast food restaurants now this one is just nasty. Because before you can expect anyone to do anything right they first have to follow the dress code. Because if they're not gonna follow that basic rule, imagine all the other ones they're breaking while handling y'all's food. And the managers are just letting them get away with it. Everybody here needs to be retrained this needs to be shut down until they weed out the bad apples.

Ordered 2 #3 meals, a kids meal, and a #9 meal and all of the fries were hard and snapped when you tried to bend it.
The meat was not fully cooked in my sandwich.
The young lady at the drive through window was nice and it was her first day. She did really well.

I have received great customer service during my recent visits. I placed a mobile order and upon arriving my order was correct and ready. I am a huge fan of the McCafe Mocha Frappe. I highly recommend using the mobile app and signing up for a rewards account. With the rewards account you earn free food and also have access to mobile only discounts.

Hiring more people won’t help. This place needs training on how to work. Bunch of people running around accomplishing nothing at all. Yelling and cussing in front of customers, no one acknowledges you while you’re standing at the counter. Big egos for some burger makers. Definitely one of the worst places in Moultrie.

The girl in the drive through clocked an attiturde with me after I said this is not the right coffee the charged me for. Rolled her eyes at me, then mentioned she wasn’t remaking it. Going to corporate because people like this shouldn’t work in any industry providing service.

Late evening visit. I had to ask if someone was going to take my order after standing at the cash register for too long and no one recognizing me there. (I guess they expected me to order at the kiosk?)
Finally a younger male showed up (English not first language) and didn't know much, and his hat was on sideways. Over all a non impressive visit but it is a low skill low paying job, so with that litmus, it maybe met my low expectations.
