Order from here pretty regularly, and the past 6 months have been really rocky. I haven't had any mean or unhelpful responses, but it's almost half the time something on the order is wrong or forgotten.

This place is absolutely trash. They act like they are high most of the time. They tell u something will be ready and it isn't for over an hour past the time they said it would be. Deliveries arrive cold and an hour after Order. The people who and the phone sound like they have been hitting a bong for the last two hours. Still can't believe this place hasn't closed down.

I order from here about once a week.. for the last couple of weeks service has went way down. Called two weeks ago to order pizza and stayed on hold for 7 minutes, finally decided to drive there while still on hold and the guy was just standing there and said they are closed. This was at 8:15 on a Sunday, apparently they decided to close early but left the phone going and therefore we just held thinking someone was gonna take our order. Saturday night I ordered again, 2 large pepperoni pizzas and they both looked like this. Gross and toppings were under cheese, cheese just fell off when you picked up a slice. Two whole pizzas went to the trash. I’ve been by twice and both times they tell me manager will be in and I go at that time and no manager there. The employees couldn’t care less and seem bothered by your presence.

They have horrible customer service. I ordered boneless wings and a brownie and I was missing a brownie from my order. When I called to speak with someone I was told by both Jacob and Katie that they didn't care and to simply stop ordering from there and to take my business elsewhere. Papa John's in Moultrie Ga is a horrible place! DO NOT GO THERE EVER IN YOUR LIFE! NEGATIVE ZERO STARS?⭐?
I couldn’t imagine a more depressing place to make pizza. But no one hangs out in a pizza shop so as far as the food… it is eatable. Nothing special or better than a store bought pizza.

This place went down hill quick wasn't clean at all. 4 guys standing outside one came in after a few minutes took my order then started making my food. I had to ask him to wash his hands. Other 3 came in and he didn't wash up and kept eyeballing me while standing so I couldn't watch them. $45 in the trash wasn't going to take a chance feeding my family that.
