The coffee can be a little inconsistent. Sometimes the drinks are good and other times the drinks are too sweet. This last time the drinks were so sweet my husband and I couldn't even finish half of it. We had to throw them away because the drinks were making us sick. The staff are very nice and the service is very good but the inconsistency of how the drinks are made is disappointing.

I actually love the coffee it is the slow service. The line gets so backed up no one knows who is next. I just got cut off by a car that I know got there after me. I won’t be back because I don’t want to deal with that drama on my lunch hour.

I love Red Owl’s Dark and White Mocha and Caramel Dolce! The Caramel Dolce especially, it’s difficult to get that Dolce flavor just right, and they do a great job! Always a friendly staff.. quick service with a smile !
