Easily the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I only come when I visit family and they get EVERY order wrong. Too much syrup, too much milk/cream, milk is steamed wrong, espresso grind is badly calibrated too fine (tastes burnt). I baffles the mind that it could be so bad so consistently ever since they’ve opened.

I love Starbucks but they really made me mad tonight in Moultrie pulled up to get a peppermint mocha they say they are out mocha to make a drink so we ask what about the double cookie crumble she said all our drinks takes mocha what the heck we get so we left they don’t want to make it bc of veterans day 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 Yall gunna lose money and people if yall keep acting like this yall should have had sign out if yall didn’t want to make mocha I won’t be going back to this location for awhile

I normally get a chai latte and I ordered one tonight and however instead I got cup of boiling water with a tea bag. No foam and very very strange. I had to get to work but seriously! I don’t want a refund I just don’t want something to that extreme to happen

First time ordering from this Starbucks since moving here staff are amazing I wasn’t Sure what to try and the female worker with glasses mentioned a drink and I said yes and it has become one of my favorites. They were all helpful. Will be back for sure

its great if you mobile order, 30 mins away. I've sat in this place multiple times of 20-30 mins by ordering in store. its getting absolutely ridiculous
