Stopped by this morning and came inside and grabbed breakfast and espresso and the energy the employees had in there. I like SB but usually the employees(at other locations) seem like they just drrrraaaggg their feet, no sense of motivation. This team here this morning.. they were humpin! It's nice seeing staff care and have a sense of urgency. I thank you!!!

Coffee was fine. One suggestion...when people walk up to the counter, smile and say good morning rather than just look up and ask what we want. It takes a few seconds to be friendlier.

Friendly staff, I have never had a bad experience here. Good food and amazing espressos! They use to have a few comfy chairs to sit in while you drink coffee and visit with friends, but those chairs are now gone. Still plenty of seating, but don’t plan to sit and visit.. it gets uncomfortable.
