Came in for an order I placed online they were slow one person in line the cashier looked at me then her watch went off so instead of asking me if I needed help she played on her watch started laughing walked off and 5 minutes later asked me what I needed after I told her I was here for my online pick up which I could see on the counter she said it wasn’t ready yet after I showed her it was right there she said oh shit sorry gave it to me and when I asked for the mananger she said no I don’t think so I don’t wanna get in trouble

They gave me about 5 pieces of chicken for my Go Large Quesadilla and when I asked for more they said it’s going to be extra, they didn’t even fill the scoop. Horrible customer service as well

never in all my years of eating at restaurants have i EVER gotten such bad service as i did here, it was so bad this is my first review ever so that i can hopefully deter others from experiencing it also. Do not go here, they are rude, and the service was slow but worst of all the attitude i got for no reason ruined my day.

Stingy ahh workers, they barely give us any meat then charges us an enormous amount for basically nothing

It was a little depressing. I have been to many surcheros and never been skimped on potions like this location. The scoop of pork wasn't completely filled by the employee before being placed into my bowl. When I stated that was not a lot of meat, the manager stepped over and said that was their new potion size. Not sure how that's worth $12 in a bowl thats primarily rice and beans... I would avoid this location.

1 to 2 oz of protein on a burrito bowl is a rip off.

The food is always fresh and delicious. I most often order the grilled chicken quesadilla. All of the toppings always taste very fresh. Their lemonade taste fresh and has great flavor. The dining area is always clean as well as the self serve salsa area. The service isn’t bad but two of the three employees I encountered appeared miserable. The employee who rang up my order was very professional and friendly.

Food is good and the atmosphere is great. The only problem is the people preparing the food are not properly trained the line was really short and they took a very long time to prepare the food.
