The tacos and burritos here are made so thin. You get nothing . Our Burritos today were COLD and thin. So good that the cheese didn’t even melt. It’s 90%beans. We didn’t get any sauces we ordered either .

I’ve enjoyed Taco Bell for a long, long time.
Their convenience and menu variety is always tasty and interesting. Never sure whether to get the Fire or Diablo sauce, but the variety is always welcome. Seems like everyone is using an APP now to buy fast food, so it’s always odd to do a walk-in, sit-down order bc it seems Drive-thru rules the staff. I guess that’s why there’s only one or two registers and few or no people.
Now they have us doing our own orders which is not as fun as speaking them; and soon we’ll be operating their cash registers, but oh (lol) do they still accept cash.
TIP: Please make sure that when someone gets a $0,60 up-charge for guacamole that you provide more than a cracker-worth in the tiny container!!
Quality, cleanliness and accuracy of an order means everything. Train on that.

I never thought I would say this, but this location NAILED IT!!! I haven't been to a Taco Bell in a few years because they were all horrible food and service. Well, I had a craving. From the lady at the drive through when I pulled up to getting my food was incredible. Very pleasant and seemed happy to serve me. When I got home, my food was actually PLACED NEATLY in the bag and the food was still hot, which never happens. This was truthfully the BEST Taco Bell I have been to. Please keep up the great work. You gained a customer back...thank you!!

The lady at the counter was rude she asked if we had our drinks we didn't even get to respond she kept interrupting us then when she gave us our drinks wrong size I told her it was large she snapped at me an told me it was a medium on her screen which irritated me being snapped at so I had my sister pull up her receipt well the lady was fast at getting the receipt before my sister could get hers to come up once again rude how she spoke to us on the kiosk thing you order from had both are drinks on it say large but on the receipt it said medium the lady at the counter was more worried about the other people who Im guessing is her family or she knows them because she was involved with them then helping others food cold as ice like they pulled it out of a freezer my soft Taco supreme no meat at all I'm am beyond upset

Didn't get the order right, took forever to receive it, they were apologetic about that but then when I got the food it was all wrong. I was on lunch break so couldn't really do anything about it.

Lately Taco Bell has been really hit or miss, but we were hungry on the way home from the museum and decided to stop by. I got my basic bean burritos expecting them to be tiny and void of any flavor. To my surprise they were made correctly and tasted like they did 20 years ago... Maybe it was a fluke, but I will try it again.
