Our food was barely warm, had to ask for our drinks. My husband and I ordered sweet tea, but were told they were out. Had to wear our jackets to eat in the dining room because it was freezing in there. Overall.....didn't enjoy the food or experience.

Occasionally the service and food is good. Most visits the drive through cashier is not friendly. One visit the nacho cheese was sour and the chips tasted old. Another time the cinnamon twists were excessively hard. My last visit I was one of the first customers of the day and ordered inside so my order was hot, fresh and correct. The Classic Luxe Box is the meal I order most often. The Classic Luxe Box includes a medium drink, a beefy five layer burrito, one crunchy taco, and cinnamon twists which can be substituted for nachos and cheese.

Ordered online, showed up when food was supposed to be ready, stood in store waiting over 30 min. Workers don't care. They stood there on their phone looking at us. Dirty bathrooms. And to be clear, no they were not busy at all!!!
1 some in the morning I asked for the chicken nugget meal and 12 cinnabons they gave me the nugget combo w tacos n I js wanted the chicken nuggets n then they didn’t even put my cinnabons in the bag so I will b goin up there in the morning bc I’m mad n by the time I got home it was to late to go back up there bc they was closed 😡

Beyond disappointed. The wait was 45 minutes or longer. They gave me the wrong drinks. Cold food . My 5 layer burrito looked so thin and pathetic. My potatoes had like literally 5 potatoes, that's it. They didn't even give me the right sauce. This place disappoints me every time i come thru.
"short staffed" was the excuse they gave for not taking orders. That would be believable if I didn't see the dummy taking orders sitting on her ass playing on her phone.

So the picture that I've posted was of some nacho cheese fries from the Moultrie Ga location. I ordered 3 of them. Believe it or not but when I pulled them out of the bag, this is how they were given to me. Remind you that I hadn't eaten from them yet despite it looking like it. When I called the store to let them know, no one answered the phone. Eventually I called the corporate office hoping to get a call back and again no one reached back out to me so now I have to come to the Internet with this picture to let it be known my experience.

I just love tacos . However, I hope one day, when one orders extra sourcream, it's not ALL in the center of the tacos. Drive through.
