I try to give the benefit of doubt to this restaurant... I want to say great job.. I really do... but it never fails... either they skimp me out of the extra beef I pay for... add lettuce to my son's tacos... or completely forget to add the tacos... yes it's partially my fault for not checking the bag to make sure all is included.... I shouldn't have to.... or unwrap everything to check...... it should be there... my son loves taco bell.. loves it.. go there 2-3 times a week... I live on the other side of the county away from them... so it's not like I just turn around 5min later... I worked at a fast food restaurant as a teen... I know how it use to work... and God forbid you call this taco bell and complain... to much revenge food making going on here...

I called to confirm my order after placing it online. The young man was very polite and said they were working on my order. Everything in our order was correct when we got home. Cinnabon delights are the best.

I don't typically have any qualms with the food, I mean if you order Taco Bell you're gonna get Taco Bell quality food. My issue is that without fail they ALWAYS forget at least one thing no matter what. In the past 5 visits they have never once given me an entirely correct order.I ALWAYS have to check my bag and always have to re-travel through a huge line to get something I ordered that they forgot.
