I had heard good things. Unfortunately, after being recommended the camel rider I gave it a shot. How does that much mayo come out of the bottom of a pita pocket?? Why wasn't it just meat and veggies in the mayo jar?? My son had a burger of some type... he just said ehhh. Sorry, I want be back. The setting is super nice. Move the folks out and get some quality in there. It's loaded with potential!! But you know potential is only as good as what you deliver.

Nice looking place. If you're not going to take orders from the table it would be ideal to have menus available (some of us don't want to use our phone) at a spot other than at the counter where you place your order. Food came out hot. I like the thin cut fries but that's just a preference. Requested my burger to be cooked medium but it was well done. This isn't a big deal to me on a burger as long as it's a good burger and this one was. The young lady that took my order offered suggestions which is nice when you're new to a place. $13 for a combo with a drink and the food is delivered to the table is certainly fair however the young lady that brought the food out may not have the having the best day. If you're not going to have paper towels in the restroom then you need to have an air dryer that is much stronger than the one that is in there. Overall a good place to eat.

This has been "our place" since it first opened. Nothing like their fresh burgers and hand cut fries and pub chips! But this past year it's all gone down hill. Orders not rightUnacceptable wait time for foodHuge decline in service. Our last time there, a month ago, we ordered our usual. Best friend burger with cheese and house pub chips and a patty melt with pub chips but no seasoning on them. When our food comes out, we get the no season pub chips with patty melt and the best friend burger but no pub chips for that order.We ask the waitress to fix this mistake and she says well if you want pub chips you gotta pay for it. Then says the girl that took your order is new. Ok? And? She continues with let me talk to my manager. She never returns to the table. 30 min plus..... never returns. Unbelievable. This review hurt to write.
Definitely would not recommend. You will sit at a table waiting for your food for 45 minutes. All while watching the staff behind the counter, cutting up, and even eating while standing around and not working. When you ask them about your food, staff is disrespectful And blows you off.
