I just got coffee for personal reasons 2 mornings in a row and not one time offered a refill. No I didn't tip because of that but if I got a refill I would have. Is this something new,not asking or offering a refill?

Parking: Prices are ridiculous. Portions are small. Waffle are paper thin. Go for a loan at the bank before going there

The male waitress was very unprofessional. Customers had to shout across the store to get him to refill their drinks. They all sat in a corner talking and joking. Our table was very sticky when we came in I had to clean it. And the stuff he was talking about made my child feel very unsafe.

The place wasn't busy. Our milk was served in a dirty glass with lip stick on it, my coffee cup had dried egg on it when I was served. We never received our waffles . The entire place was dirty. It was sad to see when we ran from a hurricane and just wanted a nice meal together without all the chaos from the 3 employees who didn't appear clean either and were acting a fool and being loud. Waffle House Do Better !

The cooks aren't cooking the food as requested, and the food is either dry, undercooked, or sloppy-looking, the service is uncared-they waitresses nor the cooks have any customer care experience or training, the atmosphere feels very tense; customers come in fighting either physical or verbal, the waitresses and cooks cuss, are on their phones, or sitting around not doing their jobs. This is for all three Waffle Houses in Moultrie, GA. Not a good place to have a meal or take a family, especially children.

Worst dining experience hands down. If you get the dark skinned lady that sounds nice ask for another waitress or move. We waited for an hour on a Sunday morning we arrived there around 9:30 several open tables..and everyone that arrived after us got their food ( expect for us and another table that she had). She only had two tables... the other table that she had, sounded very upset and at one point were about to leave...we were not going to wait any longer after seeing another table getting their food that had arrive about 20 minutes ago.. oh another thing, after being there for 40 minutes she ask us what we had ordered....
