Half of the food was missing and they refused to give us it because they said that the order wasn’t in the system just a waste of money not just that but other people came in the same day and got their order wrong too they took forever and all the food was cold

I had gone through the drive thru to grab breakfast and they had typed in my whole correct order but when I received my order they didnt give me my full order and when I went to call and asked for a refund or the rest of my order they wanted to state that they didn’t have my order in the system when clearly you can just hit re-order and the last order will come back up but that’s okay and then a couple weeks ago there was a dead fly in my Baconator fries this place is honestly disgusting

I ordered on the mobile app but when I arrived there were morons backed up into 1st Ave for drive thru service. I decided to just go in to pick up order. Employee wouldn't give it to me because I selected drive thru pick up on the app. I just canceled the order.

Their chili sucks you don't really get me just a little bit of it it tastes like it's made out of tomato paste it was just nasty and then they charged me $7 for it y'all really need to work on what you charge people

None of the sandwiches were in the correct bag, I customized a sandwich "no onion" (but of course there was onions). It was our first time going in since they remodeled (Wendy's is usually my last restaurant option). When we asked for the cups the light skinned bald old boy was rude and very snappy and of course my response was just as ignorant as his.
