I messed up my mom’s order and was devastated. They are busy but take the time to treat every customer with kindness. Much appreciated. The girl is go took my order had lots of pins on her hat and made sure to smile. A woman with a very nice blue shirt replaced my order even though I messed up. They made my night.

Everyone that has been working at this location this month should be fired. Everytime I go here they NEVER give me sauce and they dont put ice in my drink.

Arrived early for lunch 1020am. Pulled around and waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes til lunch menu, Pulled into the drive thru and was told it would be a 10 minute wait while they switched and that I couldn't sit in the drive thru even there was line of cars behind me. Left with no food. Wasted my lunch break thanks for nothing!

We ordered 2 value meals and some chili...we had to be pulled because they were waiting on nuggets...when we got our food nothing was hot except the chili. We ordered extra lettuce and tomatoes...didn't happen

Rude service! I went for breakfast the lady didn't want to give me my coffee which was the only thing I ordered. She said they don't usually make coffee at 830. I finally got it. I went back to get a salad for lunch and same lady said oh its you again.

Waited for the lady in front of me to take a long time ordering just to be told they’re not serving breakfast anymore once I was placing my order at 10:20AM, because the lady said they stop breakfast at 10:30… not to mention whoever was at the window this morning was clearly not happy to be there. I could hear how rude she spoke to the woman in front of me as well. Sad when the only people who will show up to work clearly don’t want to be there

Half of the food was missing and they refused to give us it because they said that the order wasn’t in the system just a waste of money not just that but other people came in the same day and got their order wrong too they took forever and all the food was cold

I had gone through the drive thru to grab breakfast and they had typed in my whole correct order but when I received my order they didnt give me my full order and when I went to call and asked for a refund or the rest of my order they wanted to state that they didn’t have my order in the system when clearly you can just hit re-order and the last order will come back up but that’s okay and then a couple weeks ago there was a dead fly in my Baconator fries this place is honestly disgusting

Good food,but a little busy on Sundays and the drive thru is always backed up around the building
