Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This was the second time we ordered curbside and waited quite awhile before we ended up having to go inside to find our food on the shelf. It will be another while before we return

The drive-thru attendant, a woman wearing thick glasses, was rude when handing me my drinks. I asked which cup was the Dr Pepper and which was the Coke, and she responded dismissively, saying, “The darker one is Coke—now go.”

Went with some friends, the food was great and service was good. Restroom was clean and has plenty of parking.

Went through the drive through tonight and what ever girl they had on the tablet at about 7:30 needs to be fired/not put on drive thru. She was rude, rushed through our order and stormed off with out making sure she had it correct (surprise she didn’t) when we got to the window the window staff seemed annoyed to be fixing her mistakes (I would have been too). Food was good as always but the experience with the staff was subpar at best. I would have given food a 5 but the interaction with the staff brought that score down.

Today November 20, 2025 at 1:34 PM I went through the drive-through and the lady that was taking my order was so rude even when I pulled up to the window, I asked the lady that was giving me my drink who took my order and she turned around and said this one did I looked at the lady that took my order and said I said thank you, and she turned her back on me so freaking rude y’all working in public take a hint smile and be polite to people

Went through drive though and was got some of my order and was told to park and they would bring the rest of my order. I waiting for 15 minutes went inside and was kept being told they are dropping your fried pickles and fries. I went up to the counter 4 times after and was told the same thing and I was inside and waited an 1 hour and 20 minutes. My food was ready at the back counter and had been sitting on the counter. The guy laughed and it was now cold and the food that I was able to get was now cold and the order is wrong. I order lemon pepper wings and they arw NO seasoning on the wings and I ordered a fajita quesadilla no onions or peppers on it. Ordered a wings and things and wanted tongue torch tenders they are plan. I paid $58.27 for a meal that was wrong and cold!!! I know chick fil a is closed for remodel. ZAXBYS MOULTRIE DO BETTER!!!!

I am originally from Moultire i have traveled all around the world but i lost my aunt and came home to lay her to rest but the dinning room dirty manger not doing her job works eat while taking care of customer i am so glad i never stayed here to live because it food was hot customer service terrible I won't be back

So I am a frequent at the Moultrie location or atleast used to be . Today I came through and ordered the wing meal all flats EXTRA lemon pepper because I LOVE me some lemon pepper wings and was so excited ….. on the other hand this is what I was served . Barely any lemon pepper and SWIMMING in grease . I couldn’t even eat it and had I not lived 35 minutes away I would have came back and had my order remade . I wasted money today .

The drive-through is a little confusing as to who is there to place an order? And who is there to pick up an order? But other than that, food service and atmosphere are very good. Inside dining is a much better experience if you're looking to take a break and sit a spell.
