Consistently the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. Overpriced and extremely rude. Today I placed a mobile order so I could get the online exclusive coupon. Which is totally normal. I came to get it a few minutes later and was chewed out by the employee. No greeting. Just telling me how I should have waited. I come home and open my box to find the pickup time circled in sharpie. Never in my life. Not to mention how often they mess up your order. Don’t waste your time here. You’re better off driving to Vidalia.

Disgusting - piece of wire scrubby found in my gravy cup. When I called to report it, they offered me a new gravy cup. 40 minute round trip to get another cup of gravy probably from the exact same pot, NO thank you. Called corporate office and still haven't gotten any details back.

First thing first the manager is very rude and disrespectful!!! Second I got cheese curds with marinara sauce he told me I asked for ranch no sir it’s on the receipt marinara then told me to check my bag for ranch sir I didn’t ask for ranch!! Then asked for a red velvet blizzard just to see a little red velvet on top not mixed at all

My mom and I stopped off to have some lunch there before work. She ordered the fish combo with onion rings and I ordered their three piece chicken fingers with onion rings combo special where you get the Sunday for $7 . The service was good and the chicken fingers were fresh and hot. I enjoy their chicken fingers over other places because they are always fresh and tender where other places tend to be hard.

Very clean Restaurant. Customer Service is Very accommodating, Friendly and efficient ?. My orders are Always correct, cooked perfectly and tasty ?. I eat here weekly. This DQ is one of the Best I've ate in Ga. 5+ Stars for Mount Vernon, Ga. DQ
Parking: Has very Large parking area. Good for RV, s Boats Buses.
Kid-friendliness: My Grandchildren enjoys going to DQ. No Playground but Workers are very pleasant and Friendly. They Love the big Ice Cream Cones.

Fries always cold and soggy, burgers messy and nasty and cold. If you get a blizzard there barely any pieces in it except at the very top, the rest is pure ice cream, get a parfait there barely any ice cream...The employees cuss like sailors in front of customers.
