perfect food & tenders especially. their honey mustard is also great. i get the macaroni as well. drive thru is usually long tho , they longest i’ve sat was maybe 10 mins. sometimes it’s short just depends i guess. the food is perfect:)

Price on a order of fries increased 69% in 1 week. I understand inflation but this is pure greed. Greedy owners means this was my last visit

Good old fashioned grandma style fried chicken and fixins. Made to order fresh. Some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. Excellent customer service from the friendly staff makes everyone feel right at home.

Very disappointed in this place they gave me the wrong order at the drive thru I circled back around and was told I would have to walk inside to get it right several people walked up to the windows and asked what my order was so someone should have got it right the kids chicken tenders was so old my grandaughter got choked on one sorry but I won't be back to Nashville carters.

The workers were playing on there phones several customers including myself waited 30 plus minutes before we ever got our food someone in the drive thru had been waiting on their food for an hour another customer had mac and cheese and it wasn't any good it was bad a nother customer was in the drive thru waiting to get food and left and went somewhere else due to all the workers playing on their phones and not making sure customers orders were correct before handing them out. My fries were cold and my husbands chicken gizzards were not done all the way.

Great! Food is always good, it’s hot, & fresh. We love our Carters night at least once a week. The window service is so friendly and courteous. The amount of food on your plate is outstanding.
Please change the oil more often as the chicken and fries taste like they where fried in old oil.
