Service was not good. Server forgot we were at the table for over 10 minutes. Which is crazy because there was a family sitting a couple spots down from us and she was getting them refills and asking them if they needed anything. Whole time we're just sitting there with empty cups and no order placed.
First time I've ever walked out of a restaurant and told them I'm going somewhere else.

Called in for 2 patty melt plates with one of the plates with pickles on the side. I've worked in the restaurant/waitress business and yes sometimes it's hectic. Only 3 customers at one table. But the lady (Nicole) even read back to me my order. Of course NO PICKLES, AND NOTHING TO EAT WITH! Just lazy people! but get angry when you don't leave a tip. Look if you can't do your job move out the way so someone can!

Just like the other Huddle Houses I've visited in the past, this place was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful and the food tasted great. However, I ordered the smashed breakfast burger, which is a double burger. Based on the picture in the menu, I expected something hefty and filling. What I got was a sad looking flat burger that looked nothing like advertised. I should've paid extra to make it a triple so it would look less like a kid's meal. I'm not blaming the cook. It's the usual bit of false advertising by the parent company to make consumers think they're buying more than they are.

The food was great, it usually is. Your waitresses would probably receive better tips if you didn't charge customers $3.29 for a small glass drink out of a fountain machine. Or $2.09 for a little bit of sausage gravy on my food. That's $5 freed up I could be tipping the waitresses with.
But I understand greed. Got to overcharge for everything right.
