Me and my grandma stopped by after work for some much needed food and our order was completely wrong, we ordered the family bucket with Mac n cheese and coleslaw and instead we got 2 mash potatoes. Not to mention they were unfriendly and tried to rush my grandma while she ordered. I wouldn't be leaving this review but it was supposed to be a special occasion cause we never get fast food and then they screw us like that

I ordered through the mobile app. It is really convenient and helps you accumulate reward points to earn free food. I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be ready. The cashier was very kind and provided great customer service. The restaurant was very clean. I ordered the famous bowl which contains chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and three cheese blend. I highly recommend it! It goes great with one of KFC’s fresh biscuits.

Went through drive thru around 850pm to be told "just before you order we are out of everything except dark meat. No nuggets or tenders either". Ordered a pot pie and she preceeded to say "it was out". She was very rude through the whole process. I get you close at 930, but there's no way you couldn't fry up some tenders or something. Also kept calling my partner "honey" in a very rude way.

Did a drive through order on 11/15/2024 for two of the #13 combos, for a total of $18.37 I had a total of 4 fries in the fry box! Really KFC?!?!?!?!?
Food was fresh gm was there an served me mountain dew was my favorite tea sucks!!!!!

Not the best chicken place to eat. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip basket and only got 7 bite size pieces of chicken and half of that was just fried doe. I do not recommend at all if you are a chicken lover.

I had not had KFC for a while. Today I decided to get take out which was a chicken tenders meal deal. The tenders were basically all breading. The fries were cold and greasy it was too bad it was more hassle to turn around and all the traffic to go back! I used to love your chicken, but now sadly I will retract that! I will not ever again eat from your establishment! The only thing that was halfway decent was the service!
