This is more of a question rather than a review. I was told at the KFC in Nashville that I cannot change my side sizes on combos? (i.e. wanted a large fry with my tenders) Just curious if this is true or was I told wrong by the cashier?

I ordered through the mobile app. It is really convenient and helps you accumulate reward points to earn free food. I didn’t have to wait long for my order to be ready. The cashier was very kind and provided great customer service. The restaurant was very clean. I ordered the famous bowl which contains chicken nuggets, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn and three cheese blend. I highly recommend it! It goes great with one of KFC’s fresh biscuits.
