Went okay at first.. had a mix up with an order. I ordered a kids meal: taco with rice and beans & add an additional side taco. So two tacos total.. Food comes out, only got the two tacos. Server offered to fix it, I apologized said maybe I hadn’t said it clearly.. my son said he was good without it. No big deal, so we moved on.. My husbands food came out later than everyone else’s, & by this time I’m almost done with my taco & I realize there’s a hair on my enchilada. I immediately lost my appetite & stopped eating. My let my husband know (he had yet to even start eating) & we sat the plate to the side of the table. He also saw it & lost his appetite, didn’t touch his food at ALL. We waited for our server to come back & check back on us- never did. Even with kids. No offer of extra napkins (we have a 4yr, 6yr,& 10 yr old), no one asked if everything tasted okay or if we needed anything…. Eventually after we realized she wasn’t coming back to our table, I took the kids out to the car to wait while my husband went up to the front where the server was working the cash register. He let the server know what happened with my food & that he had also lost his appetite & didn’t even take a single bite of meal. She basically said it could’ve been from one of my kids… Sorry but my kids hair doesn’t look like pubic hair !! She said she couldn’t take my husbands meal off because there wasn’t a hair in it….. honestly we left grossed out & still hungry. Still tipped 20% & probably shouldn’t have… Everyone has their off days but this situation could’ve been way better, zero customer service.

Very rude today. We ask three different times for salsa they never brought it out. Then when I order my meal they didn’t even bring the salad out till way later when I was almost done. Didn’t have nothing on the salad who wants a plain salad. They all had bad attitude. You can tell she didn’t even want to changed my drink out. Honestly I probably won’t even go back!!!!
