I ordered a sweet teriyaki chicken footlong and it was very sloppy they didn’t even add the cheese and the bread was old. It seems like after reading the reviews they really don’t care in there. The owner should run the shop and not hire people who are sabotaging the business.

Ordered a spicy nacho chicken for pickup didn't have any cheese or cheese sauce on it, missing most of the veggies and barely had chicken but was smothered in the spicy sauce and the sandwich was smooshed...

From the second you open the door Derek begins his exceptional customer service. I have never been a fan of Subway subs however our subs were great: fresh bread, a good amount of meat and cheese and fresh veggies. We will be back again.

My experience today at the Nashville Ga. Subway was awful! Service was good. The food was terrible! I got a foot long sub sandwich, the lettuce had a smell to it, brown, and green slimy! Meat ok, cheese was hard, bread was tuff!! Will not be going there again.

Never has half of what I order online and wont be told until you go to pick up, crazy work! Also stated theres no managers and we have to comeback tomorrow to get a refund!

I went today and got a salad and the 2 young girls working were terrible they did not pay attention and I asked for Ranch and I don’t think it was ranch one girl was on her phone while I was waiting to pay and then I went to get my drink and 2 of them was like water and it’s to small not enough parking they need to fire them too worst salad ever and rube workers

Y’all better be glad I can’t give zero stars cause how y’all going to tell me that you never received my order but the money definitely came off my card. Thennnn I pull up my subway app where it says it’s ready for pickup at 1:15pm. And thennn you ask did I place the order at the right subway location. I’m like I’m not stupid this says Nashville, Ga and Nashville only has ONE Subway location. Won’t be going back because I don’t have time for the games. Hope y’all shut down because the quality definitely is not there.

I went there and got 3 subs and the lady was already rude. She told me they only had white bread and whole wheat. I told her that was fine so she stared making my subs and she ask what type of cheese I wanted on them and I told her and she just look confused and she was mumbling stuff to her self. The whole time she was making the subs she was talking to her co worker and wasn’t paying attention to the food . Then Second Lady comes out the bathroom and starts putting the veggies I wanted on them and I told her mayo on half and mustard on half Bcs I’m splitting it with someone. I said mayo on half like 3 times and then she put it on the whole thing and she said what else u want very rudely and I said mayo was only supposed to be on half and she basically said “ oh well” so I got annoyed with that. Then she started talking to her co worker about how I should have been speaking up.
This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant McDonald’s could do better .
This place needs to get better employees.

The food is always good, never a complaint but everytime we go up there they always give us a reason why they’re closing. First it was last week they closed around 7 or so, no bread I understand but we went up there today to get dinner before work and they was closing at 5:00 after they seen us walk to the door they was locking it. Please fix this why are they closing early?

Horrible service had a small piece of receipt paper with a pink highlighter said online only very rude staff just over all a disservice the new management and owners have let the place go I will not be back
