This location is always on point. The staff is friendly and the food comes out fast. We've been going here for years. This isnt a "sit-down" type of place- hence the 3 star for atmosphere. Other than that, it's a great grab-and-go spot.

I've eaten at this American Deli multiple times, but today may be the last. The customer service was great, however, when I got home the food was not good at all. My philly cheesesteak had entirely to much grease causing the onion and cheese to slip and slide...The wings had a foul smell and the meat was mushy. It seemed to me like they were frozen wings that had been unthawed in hot water which made them mushy on the inside. According to my daughter, her wings smelled terrible and tasted awful. As for the tenders, I got (2) but, really only had half of one because they were mostly just crust. So, as for now, No more American Deli. I called and informed the cashier ( standing in for manager) of my misfortune with them and she apologized and said, "she would let the manager know". This trip was disappointing after spending $42.22 for food not worth eating.

My husband placed an online order through their website, picked it up and brought it home. Once home we realized nothing about the order was correct, he called the store for a resolution. He was told to go back online to resolve the issue. There was zero access on the site to dispute an order or ask for a refund, so I went to the store. When I was explaining the issue, an Asian man walked up and started complaining about door dash. I tried to explain we didn't use door dash but he would not listen or even speak to me. He would only speak to his employee and tell her what to say to me. His misogynistic behavior was completely uncalled for. All he kept saying was " who is gonna pay and fix mistake". I said it wasn't my mistake and asked for them to be remade or refunded. He finally agreed to remake but kept on the same loop of blaming door dash and bitching on who was gonna pay to fix his mistake. I finally received my corrected order but those teeny tiny wings were very overcooked on purpose. I will never be ordering these quail wings again and no patron should be treated this way. The cashiers were very sweet and kind and it makes me sad that they work with such a crappy boss because lord knows how awful he must treat them. Most disgusting wings I have ever eaten

The first time I ate here the food was great it brought me back for a second time. The second time not so great. Guess it depends on who's cooking that day to how good the food will be. Somehow I lost the photos of the last visit on my phone somewhere hope I find them so I can show the difference. Nice portions the first time and tastes great. The second time my sub seemed a little skimpy and so did the fries got half the amount as the first time and this time it was all butt ends of the fries and they overcooked them so sadly had to throw away most of what they called the fries. I will stick to the other location down the road as I haven't had bad service from them yet. Wish this location was consistent on service I really liked the service the first time. The second time even though the food wasn't great the service was still friendly

On Thursday July 25th my family and I ordered take out from the Newnan store. I ordered a 3pc Tilapia fish dinner with fries and a drink. When we got home to eat. My dinner didn't have any Tartar Sauce and the fish was over cooked . It was so tough and fries were hard. We only live about 10 minutes from the store so the dinners were still hot when we sat down to eat. The other dinners were ok. For me I will not eat there again.

When a store gets comfortable with their customer base and leeches off their patrons, it is the forewarning of closing down. Yes, people still come to you for food, but you nickel and dime every order. Prices es are high, food is standard, and the cashiers are moody and bland during interactions. It's not acceptable anymore.

So I have been going to this location for close to 10 years this was THE Rudest experience. Out of control cashier, no customer service. I ordered online and when I received the text it was ready I went to pick up. Two young ladies at the front told me “nope it’s not here”. I showed my receipt, my confirmation etc and was told to contact door dash. Well there is no contact for door dash because I ordered on THEIR website. She repeatedly talks loudly over me as I’m explaining the only option it gives me is to call the store itself. She again yells that they do not have any order for me and they haven’t had an order for my name all day. As I’m telling her and showing her my phone, it shows it’s there and ready how can they have no record? She goes off yelling about how they can’t do anything for me and I need to shut up and leave. She Continues to run her mouth loudly at the counter to everyone in the store about how ridiculous this is etc When her supervisor walks up she very rudely says to me “you can ask him but he’ll tell you the same thing” Guess who found my order right on the cooks screen??yeah the supervisor, He found my order, made my food and had it resolved in minutes. Rude girl at the front didn’t even look at the screen to see if my order had been received then continued to yell at her supervisor after the fact about how it isn’t her fault and they didn’t tell her anything, She was still cursing loudly acting a fool as I walked out with my order. Will never go back to this one.

The ladies that took our order were very pleasant. I ordered the 2 pc Tilapia meal. The fish was super fishy to the taste, like they caught it that day, I didn't mind though it was flaky and delicious. However, they didn't season the fries. I believe I was supposed to do that when she showed us our food at the counter. I'll get photos next time.
