Asked for the 2 for $6.99 beef and cheddars. Not telling how long the sandwiches I got were sitting. This is NOT fresh and complete laziness to make them and sit until someone asks for that sandwich. Do better!

Bizarre presentation. The employee at the window did fine. He was polite and professional. My problem is with the assembly. The sandwiches were delicious and a good size, but they only cut through the top slice of bread. The bottom slice and everything inside was still whole. It was like the top slice was cut before putting it on the sandwich. We got 2 and they were both cut the same way. I thought it would be fine, but let me tell you, it made eating them considerably more difficult.

GOT THE 2 FOR SIX BEEF AND CHEDDERS. THEY BARELY HAD ANY MEST AND I COULDNT FIND THE CHEDDER. THE FOOS WAS HOT AMD THE SERVICE WAS EXTEEAMLY FAST.

This is horribly ran. Management doesn’t care. Customer service has gone out the window. The whole staff acts as if they don’t like people or their job. Been here multiple times and always bad. One time the big deli style sandwich looked like they threw one piece of meet on it with a sliver of cheese, and a crumb of bacon, they gave a hard time about replacing it so I left. Another time it was the sliders. Horrible …and they looked at it like “this is what you get for $2.00.” (Pic below)This time they had new signs up for a promotion all over the drive thru and all on the window, so we pulled in, the lady rudely said we don’t do that til tomorrow. Then gave my wife a hard time about 2 other menu items. Management shouldn’t put all advertisements up days early, including on the drive thru, how would someone driving up know what to or not to order if they can only go by the sign. Management acted like we were bothering them. The owners obviously don’t care either or it wouldnt be so bad for so long.
After the pandemic stores amd Restaurants have had to decide to let customers service die just to fill positions, leaving these victim mentality workers just their filling time cards for personal benefit. No one cares about the products they put out or the image they display anymore, especially not here. Drive by and see for yourself . The culture of these workplaces have gone to crap. It’s like do you want this low quality product and service or not??? Ok bye !!! Someone… Buy this location, Clean house, start over !!

The mens restroom was dirty and the cashier had NO personality. But she took the order correctly and the food came out quick and was fresh, but seriously, the bathroom was rough. Stall, urinal, and the floor. Not sure which had more pee on them

Went to the restaurant paid $30.03 for cold food. The fries were literally cold, stale and so greasy. The roast beef and cheddar did not have the bacon that I ordered and paid extra for. The roast beef was cold in the middle. The mozzarella sticks were apparently cooked about 9 am and sit out all day. I have never had a worse Arby’s experience. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Want to know how to mess up a classic like Arby's?
Hire the rude and ignorant employees that work here.
Apparently they skipped the common courtesy section of their training.
Food was great, however it's difficult to order when both employees are glued to their cell phones. Apparently texting was more important than actually speaking to a customer and saying " youre welcome".
I'll skip arbys from now on, just because of the two "ladies" at the front counter.
Sad times....

I ordered online about an hour before closing. Through a mistake of mine I placed my order for the next day!! The crew got right on it anyway. Stephanie, the manager rocks! Love you lady! I really appreciate the can do attitude from the crew.

I’m getting very sick of how rude this freaking location is! I place a mobile order, they make me come inside because “it’s not ready yet” but nobody’s order in the drive thru is up because they haven’t even made their order yet. Like what logic is this Arby’s? The whole reason I use the online anpp is for convenience and ease of grabbing my food and leaving. Literally no difference between going through the drive through or coming inside. Also, your employees shouldn’t be rolling their eyes at customers, getting major attitude, then calling someone to talk about you right in front of you. Wow! Don’t need the website to fill in my complaint because I already have. I’ve also posted on Twitter and will be doing so on various other sites as well. You guys need serious customer service help!
