Burrito was horrible. The steak was so chewy it was almost inedible, and I had to pick most of it off. Despite supposedly having queso on it, it was dry and disgusting.

Food was ok, nothing special. There was only one employee there working- a calm girl. I had only about 6 people ahead of me and a few take outs were done as well, it took me 40 minutes to get my food. I can’t be mad at the girl. What was weird is a guy was in line and she had him go to the back to get cheese and bring it out. I cannot believe he stood there for over a half hour watching her work by herself.
About 4-6 months ago, I ordered two burritos and when I got home there was only one burrito. They gave someone else the burrito I paid for. I went back so there was another 40 minutes wasted. He gave me an extra burrito for my troubles with that situation.
Two stars because I have had some decent encounters there in the past… decent food, quick enough but thorough service and pleasant enough employees.

Great that you get to choose the ingredients, affordable, chips and salsa with every order.

Barbaritos in Newnan catered my sons reception and everything was fantastic. Neil was great to work with, on time, set everything up and prices are very fair. Had plenty of food and the chicken was just fantastic. Highly recommend for a small wedding.

They were out of a lot and had to go to the back to get things. Wasn't as clean and they said the don't carry sweet tea anymore. They drop an order ticket on the floor and picked it up in the middle of handling my order. Didn't seem like they wanted to be there and not very hospitable. Usually I like this location.

Mannn, I really tried to give this place a fair shot, but my experience was disappointing on multiple levels. The food was just okay — I’d rate it about a 5.5 out of 10. Nothing special, just passable. What really bothered me, though, was the service.

I noticed the person in front of me was given a noticeably larger portion of protein, which I let slide at first — maybe just a fluke. But then I saw how the staff treated a young Black woman who was clearly on her lunch break. Not only did they mess up her order, but the way they handled it was dismissive and unprofessional. She was calm and respectful, yet they gave her attitude and barely made an effort to fix the mistake.

Watching that happen made me question how consistent or fair the service really is here. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others. Food should come with decent service and respect for every customer.

Every single time I ask for sour cream and lime on the side I never get it. It’s been 4 times now. I go back and ask for it and they seem mad about it, I don’t know why.
