I can not say enough bad things about this location. Always out of many products and to say the service is slow is an understatement. 4 Employees in the store and I did not see a single one of them for nearly 5 min when I came into the store. I was really about to go back and look for them in case something had happened to them... I have been there 4 times, and 4 times it has been awful.

I ordered a cake for my daughters 12th birthday, and found out the next day that the facility could not accommodate the cake. I was glad that I ordered so early because now I was able to contact Baskin Robbins for a refund.
I contacted this store for the manager I had spoken with prior to placing my order online. She had been very helpful prior to my purchase. However, when I called the store this time I found out that she was not available. The young lady I spoke with was not aware of the policy listed on Baskin Robbins website (which is to contact the store directly in which you placed the order with 48-72 hours prior to your pickup date). The young lady advised me that the store was very busy at the moment and that I should go online and get my refund.
I reluctantly went back to the website looking to find a refund process form. There is no type of process whatsoever to receive a refund for a cake ordered online. There are specific directions to contact the local store for the refund. I called again on Aug 1, 2024 and the manager was unavailable again. The young lady I spoke with advised me that it would be cancelled and my refund should appear within 3-5 business days.
This is standard procedure to my understanding so I thank the young lady and patiently wait to receive my refund.
On August 18, 2024 I realized I have yet to receive any type of resolve or refund from Baskin Robbins. I contact the store and request to speak with Rene manager. The young lady lies and says that she is the manager. I allow her to assist me reluctantly in hopes that she may actually be able to help. I was and am not angry at all, I only want my refund.
After the young lady tried to relay information back and forth between myself and the manager, I requested the manager again.
The young lady finally allowed me to speak with the manager Pam. She was polite but seemed overwhelmed that she had to speak with me about the issue. Pam stated that she could only give me a gift card because it was the store policy.
I intend to contact corporate if this is not properly resolved.

I’m not sure about the service because I’ve only door dashed it but EVERY time we order I get a call or text from the driver that they are out something or everything. Ordered a triple scoop ( they were out of flavor) and a banana split last night. They were out of bananas, pineapple, no strawberries were put on it either.
