My wife and I visited Big Joe’s Grille- for a business dinner/meeting: a delicious dinner was served on the patio: my wife ordered the Chicken Parmigiana: it was perfectly prepared: The Chicken Parmigiana was served with Angel hair pasta & a Caesar salad. I had the Steak bites with mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables. For dessert: bread pudding with a creamy custard sauce. We had such attentive service~ Actually, two wonderful Server’s: Alivia and Jessica R Very friendly and professional, the courses were served in a timely manner and- the drinks were always “full!” Five Star Service ••••• Big Joe’s Grille is great.

Went with a group of six on Mother’s Day. The food was outstanding. The service on the other hand was horrible. I had to go look for my server 4 times during lunch be cause everyone kept running out of drinks. She never came over to check on things. Then when she finally brings the check she has a $38 tip added on. I did not mind tipping for good service but the service we got did not warrant a 40 dollar tip. I asked to speak with the manager and she said she was the manager and that it automatically gets added, and there was nothing she could do about it. I find that highly unlikely at least the part she could not do anything about it. So unfortunately, even though I do believe the food is outstanding there, I feel that the service and the Attitude of that manager has made me not want to go back.

This is my second visit to Del Porto Italian Creole restaurant. And I must say the changes are amazing along with the food. The Atmosphere is very relaxing, but still Upscale. We ordered Spinach dip and shrimp scampi for appetizer. Crab cakes vegetables mashed potatoes was my main dish . Let me tell you ,that was the best crab cakes I have had since I moved from Virginia . The shrimp scampi was so delicious and spinach dip was so fresh it tastes like it was just pick from the garden. 5 stars to the Chiefs

Came here out of town on a work visit twice! The first time I sat at the bar for lunch and my server that day, Danelle, was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me with a friendly smile, asked if I wanted lemon for my beverage, told me the special of the day; when my meal came out she asked if I wanted freshly grated parmesan for it, asked how it was, etc. Service was absolutely stunning.. ❤️ I was impressed.
I came back for a second visit while in town for work and Danelle wasn't working that day but a woman named Jessica served me at the bar that time. I don't know if it was an off day for her, but honestly, I felt as if I was bothering her sitting at the bar and ordering lunch..
I just wanted to leave a review to share my experiences. Jessica was a bit short and didn't seem very friendly that day.. I felt as if she was trying to upcharge or push me to order another beverage or appetizer.. it just felt very forced. She also did not explain that the garlic bread would be an extra charge with my meal. I didn't order it originally, but after taking my menu away, she had asked if I wanted garlic bread with my pasta dish.. After I paid and received my receipt, I realized it was an extra $4.99 for 2 slices garlic bread.. I wasn't even told.
Not that it matters about the money.. I paid for it anyway.. but if something costs extra, I feel like that should be made clear.
I had two clearly different experiences based on the service... The food was exceptional both times!! But sadly my second visit made me question coming back if I'm ever back in town.

Had lunch here today and it was delicious. Katie, our server, was very nice and kept our drinks filled and our faces full of smiles due to her wit.
I will definitely visit this restaurant again when I come back to Newnan.

Stopped here on our way to Pine Mountain to have a late lunch. The service was GREAT. Welcomed us when we walked in and took care of us at the table. The food and wine was Fantastic! The chef came out to see how everything was… Will BE BACK on our way back to Suwanee Ga or back to Pine Mountain.

This is an amazing restaurant! The food is top notch! The service is fast and amazing. The prices are reasonable! A must visit restaurant! My new favorite place for Italian cuisine! Shoutouts to Chef Willie and our waitress Stephanie! Great job guys!
Definitely not your run of the mill entrees. I recommend the mozzarella sauce catfish. Not on the menu, so ask your wait staff to see if Chef has the fixings to make it. Prices on plates start at $25.
