When i got there, there were only a few cars in the drive-in line. It didn't move for 5 minutes. I finally got my order in and it was still not moving. I ended up pulling away before getting my order and it made me late for work. I have plenty of other options for breakfast but I chose Bojangles. Maybe this location just isn't being managed correctly.

I don't get how this place still exists with all of the better establishments around. Chicken was burnt to high hell and back, forgot and item, biscuits were overcooked aswell. Even when the food is done right it is painfully mediocre. Half star, negative star, never again.

Love those biscuits. Almost hurt myself. All the food was great. And why isn't Mr Bojangles in the northern part of Ohio?
Went through the drive-through at 9:30 PM. Ordered large fries that were cold and old. Went to their breakfast all day menu and ordered two bacon egg cheese biscuits. They were so cold and old. It looked like they had made them that morning. I was very disappointed in the food. It truly should be an against policy to serve food that cold and old. I realize that they were probably going to close soon, but that is no excuse to serve me food that they were getting ready to throw away.

Lady behind the counter very nice and sweet I gave her 5 stars. Food however was not the best this time. I had a sausage egg and cheese. Egg was barely there and biscuit was already crumbs. My biggest complaint was that every table was gross. Floors were too. I could have complained but I didn’t.

I don't want to put two stars for service because the humans there are great but the AI ordering thing at the drive through is irritating. I told it all my items and it just said nothing for a minute so I just drove forward and had to tell the employee at the window my order anyway.

I get to the ball team and I got 18 pice chicken ,2 macaroni and cheese and a large fry +12 biscuits .

So I had to go somewhere else to feed the rest of the team . What a dam sham . So pist .
