Lady behind the counter very nice and sweet I gave her 5 stars. Food however was not the best this time. I had a sausage egg and cheese. Egg was barely there and biscuit was already crumbs. My biggest complaint was that every table was gross. Floors were too. I could have complained but I didn’t.

I don't want to put two stars for service because the humans there are great but the AI ordering thing at the drive through is irritating. I told it all my items and it just said nothing for a minute so I just drove forward and had to tell the employee at the window my order anyway.

It is Independence Day 2025, we googled Bojangles on the way home because I can't really eat fast food without getting sick, but Bo works. The parking lot is packed at 9:04 am and the line is around the building. Maurice greeted us with patience, professional demeanor, and he looked at us directly. Moving swiftly like a squirrel was a tiny female (I am also short), so I almost missed her, Nikki, doing multiple things at one time including wiping down the drink station, pulling Bo rounds and packaging, checking in on the drive through crew and her kitchen staff, who was focused but not stressed. Service was quick, by the time we got our drinks, the food was up. The restroom was spotless, as was everything else. KUDOS to the AM staff on the 4th of July, with 16-20 ppl in the dining area, line around the building, you knocked it out of the park. CLONE HER AND MORNING CREW. Thanks...Chef Gail

I had a lovely breakfast with my Ma here! The service was fast, kind, and attentive. Food and coffee was fresh. The inside dining area and bathroom were in great condition! The inside was packed with customers so was the drive thru line both kept moving despite being busy! Maurice was an excellent cashier and Nikki was a fantastic manager! This is the best Bojangles I've been to, and I've been to many in various places over the years!

My 1st time getting breakfast from Bo's. I did drive through after working out at The YMCA.
I frequented this restaurant many times and noted the staff is unattentive at the cash register. Today after ordering the young worker put together the orders for the two customers that were behind us after we had ordered. I stepped up to ask if she had lost our order. She had an attitude when I was explaining that I came forward to let her she had bypassed putting together our order two times. This young lady gave me attitude and said I was being rude so I told her she was the one being rude. It's supposed to be fast food and they have a numbering system in place for each order but obviously this worker does her own thing. I asked for a refund and went next door for breakfast. The manager heard the entire conflict and did absolutely nothing. I will no longer be going to this restaurant.
