I frequented this restaurant many times and noted the staff is unattentive at the cash register. Today after ordering the young worker put together the orders for the two customers that were behind us after we had ordered. I stepped up to ask if she had lost our order. She had an attitude when I was explaining that I came forward to let her she had bypassed putting together our order two times. This young lady gave me attitude and said I was being rude so I told her she was the one being rude. It's supposed to be fast food and they have a numbering system in place for each order but obviously this worker does her own thing. I asked for a refund and went next door for breakfast. The manager heard the entire conflict and did absolutely nothing. I will no longer be going to this restaurant.

My son loves their chicken sandwich, he says that it is spicy. We did an order pick up and they forgot our drink, but after showings our receipt they did bring one out to us. Overall we will return.

The chicken and biscuits are good but the tea is always soured. And check your food before you leave because I’ve got home before only to realize that i ordered and was charged for a 3 piece chicken and they only put 2 pieces in the meal.

It says they open at 5:00 am. Went through the drive thru at 5:15 and waited 15 minutes and no one came to take my order. Drove around to the window and saw no one working inside. Drove off and sat in the parking lot. By this time it was 5:35 and there was four cars in line waiting and still no one was taking orders. If you’re going to advertise that you are open at 5:00 then you need to be ready to serve people by then!

The last two times I have been there, roach bugs crawling on the counter. One even came from the food display area behind the glass. The other crawled under the napkin holder where the people behind the counter gives you your food.

The drive thru customer service is ridiculous. Needs a lot of work. The speaker was so loud I bet the folks walking out of Publix heard when I ordered. No manners just "huh" or "what you want". My third visit when who ever was taking the orders was so loud, I just said never mind and left. Food is good, just need some work on the drive thru manners.
