My daughter was just at your establishment this evening and ordered an ice cream. After a few bites in she downed a very long hair ruining her appetite and was refused a refund because she ate some of it! How is one supposed to know if their order contains hair if they don’t eat it??? Way to steal someone’s money! We’ve been customers for many many years even treated many of our soccer teams here after games at Whitlock and after this lack of service we won’t return!

I ate about 3 small bites of my ice cream and scooped up a long piece of hair. I walked up to the window and said there was a hair, she immediately took it and threw it in the trash. I asked nicely for a refund and was asked if I ate any of it and said yes cuz I had a few small bites and was told I couldn’t get a refund. I’d have gotten another flavor like offered but I had lost my appetite. What a waste of money. My group even tipped too

Lots of ice cream, service is to be expected as it is cute teen girls serving at the order window. Not trashy.

My daughter and I took my grandson here for ice cream after his first baseball game Saturday as a reward for playing so well. There was a long line but it moved fast thanks to the fast and efficient staff.

My Granddaughter always convinces me to stop at Brewsters. This particular day we bought the dogs back a treat also. Something I didn’t know they had. The dog ice cream and dog biscuit. The dogs really enjoyed it when we returned home they were excited when they saw their treat. We’re definitely going back.

Parking: If you go when It’s busy you may not be able to find parking. It’s worth the wait.

2-8-2024 Ordered online. Got two regular waffle bowls that were supposed to have 3 scopes of ice cream in each bowl. When I got home and open the bag I found only two scoops in each bowl. It is not a big deal but I'm tired of not getting what I paid for. It is not with going back. I called the store and was told I need to call back during the early part of the day when the manager was there. Well isn't that special

This spot is tucked away with plentiful outdoor seating and wooded around the building. I'm always shocked they aren't overrun with customers given the outstanding nature of the ice cream. I've tried several flavors, have ordered at the window, online for pick up, and via Door Dash. All provided excellent experiences and ultra high quality product. My most recent order was strawberry cheesecake and key lime pie...outstanding! The prices are higher than other ice cream providers, though the quality justifies it and I don't mind paying!
