Come for the buy one get one wings on Tuesdays. Get wings and queso. Typically have Cinco as our server. He always gets our order right, we never have an empty drink, he checks in on you and is very friendly. Definitely try to get seated in his area. You can always expect a good experience with him as server. If anything has been off with our food he gets it taken care of immediately

Wings were decent , the fries seemed a little old , destiny was our waiter and she was fantastic ! Great customer service , made sure all of our needs were met in a timely matter . She’s the only reason I actually made the review it definitely wasn’t the food but just to share how wonderful her customer service was

We arrived around 7:50, ordered our drinks, appetizers(just two Queso’s) and food all at the same time. After 45 mins, one appetizer arrived but not the second one. One hour and some time had passed and our food just arrived, one of my family members did not get the food they ordered after waiting such a long time. We told the waiter about the food and the queso but they said that it was not on the order and so we told her what it was supposed to be and so she went to place the order. After around 25-30 minutes the food had arrived, but it was wrong and by then my family member told her that they didn’t want it anymore because of how long it was taking for both the order and appetizer to arrive. We tried to get the managers attention but all they were doing was talking and talking with the table in front of us. After some time we got his attention, he told us about how the waiter told him the situation and yes we get it but we cannot just be waiting that long for food. Right after that conversation he went back to talking with the same table from before. We got left unattended for so long, our drinks never got asked to be refilled and never did the waiter let us know about how long it would take. At the end it took some time to get the bill, we paid and were really dissatisfied with the service. The manager could’ve done better by helping the waiters with assisting in anything if needed.
Manager was useless and HORRIBLE. Our waitress was amazing, we had a couple things missing but she did her best. The food was good but the service was bad. We waited an hour and a half they got here with the food but missed one of our family members food, and then the time they got the food to our table, it was wrong. After that we didn’t wanted it no more.I honestly think that the problem here is the manager. He was talking to the people of the bar, wasn’t even helping the waiter with food or drinks. Instead they got mad at her I saw the manager there I don’t know what they told her but she came out with her eyes watering. She was crying I can tell, but the manager could have helped with the service or anything like as a manager, but no, he was over there talking and not even paying attention he could of done that instead of being mad at her for just working and doing her job without any help like literally he wasn’t doing anything and the girl was doing the best she can and besides that she was new too but anyways. I do think that’s messed up a manager like this will put your restaurant down. The manager looked puerto rican im not sure if he is but im just describing him, hes around 5’8 or something, not sure. But that manager just loves to talk and is not even doing his work . To the owner of this restaurant if you see this please do something about it, myself and other customers would really appreciate it.

The fall off in Bdubs is crazy. I was craving it since I hadn’t been in a while and I got 20 wings. No reason they have to be expensive especially since they look like Tyson boneless wings but like half the size. I got mostly seasonings instead of sauces (which I know they’re more know for their sauce) but it honestly looked like a 4 year old sprinkles on the seasoning the way they were barely half seasoned 😆 I was reminded why the bdubs fall off has been so big.
