I work in the office, less than a mile from this location in Newnan, once a week. I always make sure it's on Whopper Wednesday.
Today I arrived to pick up my order only to realize that I placed the order for the other Newnan location.
After trying to cancel or change it in the app, David behind the counter asked me what I had, and made it for me anyway.
I think that was great customer service, and I appreciate it!

This lady needs a reality check! Rude as hell if ur gonna put an employee up front on a register make sure they are nice to their customers and have some respect! If u don’t like ur job THEN QUIT! Why make everyone around u miserable!

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience at this Burger King. We don’t speak English fluently, so our son helped us place the order. The cashier, upon realizing this, began giving us unpleasant looks and making inappropriate comments. We found it very disrespectful and lacking in empathy.
Everyone can have a bad day, but that doesn’t justify mistreating customers—especially when it’s just a language barrier. In the end, when she noticed we were aware of her attitude, she tried to make up for it by giving my son a free ice cream, but the damage was already done.
It’s disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior from someone representing a brand. I hope they receive proper training to treat all customers with respect.

Place is well maintained, but the cleanliness is not maintained well. They contaminated food with same gloves all day. Not changing or cleaning serving trays is something to be looked at.

Was a rude as heavy set african american womsn tgat handed me my drink with the top unsecured leaking all over got the dam drink on my work shirt and in my car and they didn’t listen when i said no eggs on my sandwich i said it loud and clear now i got to got to work with fruit punch stains on my shirt im highly aggravated with these people i was having a great morning until i had your service thanks for nothing i won’t be back i don’t care if you have me free Burger King for life

Slower than slow. 15 minutes in a drive thru!! I only come here because my child. I’ve driven further to get to the next BK just to avoid the lack of customer service and slow service. I just don’t know how this location is still in business or has as much business as it gets.
