November 28 Friday day after Thanksgiving. The worst excuse for bad service and nastiest attitude. We just opened served me my coffee with dirty cup as if they scooped oil with it from fryer. When I told her about it got irrational talking over me. .we just opened so that's excuse to serve my beverage in a dirty cup . I guess my money not green enough because of that service . I start going across the street where you get service instead of excuses. What's even worst she a managment

On 11/26/25 , I ordered a Whopper Xtra pickles, Fish sandwich and a medium sprite, I just ate my fish sandwich and I found hair in sandwich (light brown hair) , It Made me 🤢🤮 Sick, I Will Never Get Order From Them Ever Again, It’s So Disgusting, and the person who was taking my order was Very Rude, I Will start going to Wendy’s from now on

I ordered a Junior Whopper set, and when I opened it to remove the vegetables because my child doesn't eat them, I found a long, white hair between the lettuce leaves. I was so shocked that I threw it away, and in the other burger, I found a perfectly curled eyebrow hair.
I don't think I'll be able to come back again. I hope this wasn't intentional.

Put pickles on my burger when I didn’t ask for pickles and I dropped my shake on the ground and they refuse to remake it and said it was fine when it had a crack in it
My advice would be to go inside. That’s also the assistants mangers advice as well! I usually come for breakfast every Friday ! But for the last 3 Friday my food has been wrong. All I order usually Cheese grits with three strips of bacon. And when I tried to explain the the fell assistant manager on duty about my food being incorrect for 3 weeks in a row all he had to say is… if you came inside you’d have better service. And apparently rushing me from drive thru . I’m assuming to lighten drive thru time ! But I also be on break when I come up here so I shouldn’t be suggested to inconvenience myself for a cheese grits and 3 strips of bacon just because you can’t fulfill the order through drive thru. 10/10 not coming back

got food poisoning from this location. sat for an online order for 20 minutes AT the window. and then both of us threw up overnight into the morning, i have spent my whole morning in the bathroom thanks to them. idk if it was the lettuce, the chicken, or the meat or unsanitary workers. but either way im never going to this location again and perhaps burger king in general. that was a horrible experience last night and horrible this morning. now i gotta deal with this for the rest of the day.
