First time stopping in here for lunch. Ordered online/mobile app. Get to restaurant and pick it up. On way home notice my double cheese burgers clearly on the receipt are singles. They didn't add the extra cheese I paid for and didn't follow the order modifications.
Wasted 12 dollars for food that wasn't correct

How are you going mark on the package "No onions" but then still put onions on a whopper . Probably not even fresh. You just grabbed one that was already made and marked it no onions. An handed it out. I work in a restaurant. Pathetic.

Stopped by this location to grab a quick double cheeseburger and small fry since I hadn’t been to a BK in a while. Well they wasted no time reminding why I continue to pass by all the locations around. I was the only car in the drive thru and it was a basic double cheeseburger and a small fry, pretty standard issue stuff. Took a decent amount of time to get my order ready so I was excited for fresh food. Well I was wrong again. I called the store immediately after receiving sub par food. He was the manager and assured me everything was fresh. It was not. Wasn’t worth my time to go get a refund either.

Cashier wasn’t very attentive. I repeated order twice, made sure she heard me on large size & what sauces I wanted. When she repeated the order to me, she didn’t say large size or the sauces. So I again said “yes & my sauce with large size” then processed to name the two I wanted. She said ok. Once I paid, she handed me the cup and it was a small. No problem. I asked her if she did large size on meal she said no, and I said well I’m ok with the drink being small but I do want the fries large, I grabbed my wallet and ready to lay the difference. She said I’ll make sure you get a large fry. I said ok thank you. I get my toddler situated and fixing our drinks. They call our order. I go to grab and see it’s a small fry. No worries. I just asked the bagger if that’s a large and she said no. I I went to set my infant and toddler at table so I could get the tray of food once that was fixed. I get back over there and the sauce isn’t on tray. AGAIN, no problem. I just want the sauce 😅 so I said “may I please have a buffalo and a bbq sauce” she said “we can give you one free sauce and the other one you’ll have to pay 25 cents” so of course I said “well I don’t mind but I told them 2 times the sauces while my order was being taken” and then I also said “and for the fries I specified large, twice as well”. I say all of this to say— I’m just trying to make it with these kiddos. We chose Burger King because food is usually fresh. The service is usually terrible or a 5/10 at best. I don’t mind paying $1 for each sauce. I don’t mind paying whatever it is. But when you’ve communicated the order very clearly multiple times and then having to go back and get wallet. It makes the customer feel dumb & even nervous about the order being corrected. In fear that the employees will have attitudes.
You can't go wrong with Burger King right. But there again this is one I freak when a lot so I do like it

Shana is such a sweetheart she made our day. First time stopping here. Everyone was hangry and we were trying to catch breakfast before it was over. Shana greeted us, took our order, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our order was filled correctly, she gave us everything we as far as napkins and condiments went and our food was delicious and fresh.

I would give zero stars if possible. Incompetent staff, can't complete orders. Dissapointing experience. It's not a one time thing either. Sometimes they're ok, most the time they're terrible. I recommend driving a couple miles and visiting any of the other burger kings in the area. This one isn't worth the trouble.
