The worst customer service, and you will wait at least 15 minutes in the drive thru before they even acknowledge that someone is at the intercom. Even when the lobby is near empty. They straight up ignore customers and have no since of urgency, bad attitudes. Do not eat here!

Possibly the slowest Burger King in the world. Not even an exaggeration. If you go to the drive-through, you will see at least 5 to 6 cars pull off prior to placing in your order. The food is OK.

The way they just served old fries and an dried out crust of a fish sandwich, 10/10 do NOT recommend. Worst meal I've had from Burger King anywhere! Very disappointed.

5 STARS!! Whoever made the whoppers deserves a raise! Both sandwiches were PERFECT!! The buns were soft and fresh. The meat was perfect. The lettuce was fresh and crisp. The tomatoes looked like they had been freshly sliced. The bacon wasn’t over or undercooked. The cheese was centered and melted perfectly. It truly was a work of art, BETTER than what you’d see on the ads!! Did I somehow stumble upon the flagship of Burger Kings? Possibly. Even the fries were perfect…and they even stayed perfect on the ride back to work! It was truly the BEST fast food experience I’ve had in YEARS!! If this store stays THIS consistent, oh MAMA!! and it’s BURGER KING, of all places!? WOW!!! Thanks for a PERFECT LUNCH!!!

Some of the workers where not, fully listening to me when I was talking. But a , excellent worker who was Goth or looked it. Name started with a S herd me and quickly got my order perfectly, asked if I need a cup holder, along with helped because my hands where full but she held my drinks and walked with me as I carried my food out the door. By far the best customer service I have ever had thank you

I had just left the Restaurant after placing my order to go. An Hispanic female short with glasses, Was extremely rude because as I was waiting for the order and she dropped off the order to the counter, all she said was the letter C but mind you I placed the order and the cashier asked me for my name, and I said Carol, but then when she drops off the order, she only names C so obviously the both of them are wrong then she throws the bag there looks at me and shrugs as if I knew what she was talking about. First off if the cashier is asking for the name, you put the correct name not an abbreviation to the name because that causes confusion so they need better training and a better work ethic because me being a New Yorker I was gonna tell her off.

We waited in the drive through until we got tired of waiting and went inside. There were still 7 people in the lines at the drive though (4 in one and 3 in the other). There was no customers inside and I was able to see the order screen. They were serving 1 customer at a time! 3pm and they have a line because they only want to help 1 customer at a time

The burgers were BARELY warm. The chicken fries were barely above room temperature, limp and slightly rubbery. They provided no sauce for dipping.

An unfortunate outcome. This burger king’s food is the same as all Burger Kings. However the owners made a huge investment in the playground (amazing playground), yet so much business is lost due to the very poor service. I was the only person in line, 8 minute wait to order. Then, 10 minutes to receive the food. 18 minutes in total.
