After 6 months we thought we'd give it one more try. Still just as dirty as before. Drink station is gross. Old food around and behind booths, with cobwebs. Just really bad. Too bad. It used to be a nice BK. We'll go back to Newnan Crossing Bypass BK. That one is clean, fast and friendly.

Any employee must do in reading and writing by health code law is requiring for ADA customers. Manager could fire to employee is not cooperate with ADA customer's order. So I have to send an report to Georgia Health Inspector Dept about this Burger King of employees could know better about requiring of reading and writing than speaking and hearing. Why this manager hire any employee who can work in his or her job as can't reading and writing that is NO EXCUSE FOR THIS! American Cheese is harmful to any customer who have allergic!

Do not go to this place at night any day of the week. I have gone four times in the last month just to see if the food will change. The cooks are ready to go home because the fries are cooked and dirty oil or refry I don't know. I got a sandwich today straight out the microwave with hot mayo. I am done

This location needs some help. Management needs to do better or the employees need better training or something. Staff totally unresponsive and not taking orders for over 10 minutes because they're so confused and/or overwhelmed with very minimal business. Gave up and left.

Told them 4x NO CHEESE. And my whopper had cheese all over it. Yuck. š¤¢ I am lactose intolerant so I paid for a meal I cannot eat. The new maple bourbon bbq whopper is also trash. Looks NOTHING like the picture on the menu. This location is a toss up for accuracy and edible food. Iāll probably have to go to another locale to get better food and service. Even my receipt says NO CHEESE. Very frustrating and disappointing.
Gross tasting burgers, as they seem to have been soaked in lighter fluid. Will make you sick. Maybe it'll be fixed.

I hope I Donāt jinx myself but I always get the Best Customer Service at This location!! The person taking my order is always Nice and my order is always correct. Even when I ask for my Whopper to be cut in half. Most locations give me Heavy MAYO When I Ask For Extra TOMATOES!! They even repeat it to make sure they heard me correctly. This is my favorite location and They do an Awesome job!

I decided there was no way I was going to give these folks my money. With that level of incompetence thereās no way our order would be right in the end.
