First time trying this place and it will be the last time. I love Mexican food. This is a unique taste that is not for me. Portions were small and a weird taste. Like Indian food tried to make Mexican food. I did not finished my lunch ate Ramen noodles instead.

Been here twice and had excellent food, service and now entertainment. For food I had one of their specialty burritos that was packed with flavor coming from all angles. Next I had the grilled chicken burrito bowl - this was fresh and tasty as Hell (in a good way). The $4 Corona's are a bargain ND nice way to wash it all down. The staff is amazing, super friendly and genuinely seem to care about your satisfaction of their product. Trivia / live music on Thursday nights is a nice plus so get there early!

This that Rachel Ray pozole vibes type of food.. It’s NOT authentic mexican.. the rice was yellow and seasoning more like box store bought rice, definitely not mexican rice as advertised... mexican rice is red and fluffy and flavorful. Nachos were decent but mehhh.. the corn was horrible and i dont know how you manage to screw that up… the only authentic mexican thing is the coke. Good service but yall need better flavor… if you want real mexican food this aint it…

We had been wanting to try this place for some time. We actually had other plans for dinner but because of the rain we decided to just pick something up and go home. I am so glad we did. Our food was so flavorful and the poblano ranch is soooooo good. I would dip everything in that. I got the chicken bacon rannchadilla and it did not disappoint. I was only able to eat half but heated the rest up the next day and it was just as good from the day before. We will definitely be returning to try other things but I am sure I will get the ranchilla again.

The food is good but I can't call it Mexican food. This is what I was expecting. It is more like soulful Mexican. You will not get your standard Mexican restaurant taste, nor will you get fast food tasting dishes. There is a blend of spices that took me to Southern fried food cooking. It adds a Mexican flare. It is worth the try and I will come again. The portions are big, but I think more fried vegetables should've been added to my dish. service was prompt and friendly. I even played a game of checker ( games are on the table).

As good as the food is when you’re eating it (and it’s really good) It’s even better the next day. The Ace High taco (get the corn tortilla) or Ace High Carnitas are amazing—best you’ll ever have. Staff is so committed and nice; they’re really trying to get this place off the ground. We’ll be regular customers.
