Tonya Guest the Manager of that store is Awesome. I went inside to eat, and she was so hospitable. This kind of customer service has gone away. I absolutely love this restaurant now. It is my favorite place to eat from now on. I will tell everyone about Newnan's Great Captain D's. She and all the ones in there are assets to your Restaurant. Hope this finds you all well.
the food was just fine ..but wow 5.58 for a large ice tea..
that's a high price .
I have been eating there for years with few problems. Tonight my fish tasted raw in the middle. Not flaky at all , just warm and mushy . A lady behind me had the same. problem . Spoke with a manager , She said they could substitute catfish but would charge extra . My friend had the catfish and had paid a ew cents more . They charged me 2.97 more . After showing the manager both receipts , she refunded me 1.50 . IMO the manager ws very unfriendly and very un business...read full review
