Tonya Guest the Manager of that store is Awesome. I went inside to eat, and she was so hospitable. This kind of customer service has gone away. I absolutely love this restaurant now. It is my favorite place to eat from now on. I will tell everyone about Newnan's Great Captain D's. She and all the ones in there are assets to your Restaurant. Hope this finds you all well.

Waited in the drive-thru for 25+ mins. The food was barely warm. Small pieces of fish and the drinks are expensive just for a small. Captain D's has gone downhill... you pay way too much for the little food you get. Won't go there again.

Unfriendly staff, I was not greeted upon entering the restaurant. The cooks in the back were using foul language and carried on conversations inappropriately. Once I received my order, it was not what I ordered. Food doesn't look fresh. The associate had them to correct the missing item. I asked for certain sauces, and she insisted they were in the bag, but they weren’t. The associate proceeded to lean on the counter on her cell phone. So I asked someone else for what I needed. And her response was, “Oh, I thought I put them in there”. This was my first and last time coming to this location.

Unfriendly staff, Absolutely no pleasantry entering the restaurant. Annoyed we were there, she dropped part of my food on the floor, and shrugged her shoulders without replacing the item. The item was still on the floor when we left. During our meal, other staff cleaned around us while playing music from her phone. We won't go back to that location.
