My senior age father loves Captain D's. I want to make my dad happy. Please see the order received. I mean I understand not caring, but really yeeting a third of an order fries into the plate is bold. It is disappointing the service is poor, the speed is beyond awful, and you get six and a half fries. Not impressed. The Long John Silvers in town is going to get some business or even Texas Roadhouse with the prices, very disappointed.

All of the salt shakers were so full of moisture, You couldn't use them, none of them in the whole restaurant. They were all that way. 😖 Dinning areas dirty and obtaining the right condiments was an issue. Staff walking around were no help, guy walked around past my table TWICE before seeing the bright red number sitting there, he spun around, fries fell off the plate onto the floor. He put the tray down then walked away Without Picking Up the Fries on the floor.😮.. Oh and yes the food was cold by the time we received it.

Ordered food to go we get home 40mins away to find out we paid $50 for food that wasn't even ours! Walked inside to get food and it was packed hardly anybody working 1 at the cash register and doing everything else ontop of taking orders, 1 at drive-thru and they were getting more orders then they could give out, walked to go get my drink and the drink station was horrible and covered in mess. Will not be going back

Tonya Guest the Manager of that store is Awesome. I went inside to eat, and she was so hospitable. This kind of customer service has gone away. I absolutely love this restaurant now. It is my favorite place to eat from now on. I will tell everyone about Newnan's Great Captain D's. She and all the ones in there are assets to your Restaurant. Hope this finds you all well.

Waited in the drive-thru for 25+ mins. The food was barely warm. Small pieces of fish and the drinks are expensive just for a small. Captain D's has gone downhill... you pay way too much for the little food you get. Won't go there again.
Got my dinner late with a $5.99 Lobster Feast meal. It was tasty. Christina was friendly and polite.

Unfriendly staff, I was not greeted upon entering the restaurant. The cooks in the back were using foul language and carried on conversations inappropriately. Once I received my order, it was not what I ordered. Food doesn't look fresh. The associate had them to correct the missing item. I asked for certain sauces, and she insisted they were in the bag, but they weren’t. The associate proceeded to lean on the counter on her cell phone. So I asked someone else for what I needed. And her response was, “Oh, I thought I put them in there”. This was my first and last time coming to this location.
