CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE DRIVING OFF. Love the food just like everyone else, but frustrated by the steady decline in service at this location. I mostly do the drive thru and it seems like they consistently make at least 1 mistake per order. I have tried talking to the manager but to no avail. I dont usually post reviews but maybe this will be a wake up call? Just frustrating when they cant get a simple order right.
Just left the store and didn't think to check the bag...my mistake. I was asked what type of salad dressing and dipping sauces I wanted, but none of them made it to the bag. Also forgot to put in a fork. Another common problem is that they put the cold salad in a bag and then place the hot food on top of it. Nobody likes a warm wilted salad when they get home. One nice lady there told me its against their policy to mix, but happens all the time. Overall I find at least 1 mistake/missing item 7 out of 10 times we go there.

The drive thru lady Ava flat out stole two of my gift cards after pretending they were empty even though I know FOR SURE they were not. When I went back around to ask for them back she was gone off talking to her friend out of the line. WILL NOT be coming back and I want my money back.

Compared to other CFA, this place disappoints. Slow drive through, poor parking lot and drive through layout. Staff was slower than most others I've been to. Drive through attendant had a speech impediment that made it difficult to communicate the order and understand her. No straws in the bag for our drinks.
They constantly forget to make mobile pick up orders. I place pick up orders so I don't have to wait in the drive thru line, but end up having to wait as they search for my order then wait for them to make it.
Last order said it would be ready in 6-12mins after I placed it. It was ready 30mins later. Why does it take 30 mins to make a wrap and a chicken sandwich??
