I cannot emphasize enough just how utterly DISGUSTING it is to go to a place to spend MY MONEY and be treated TERRIBLY just because I LOOK DIFFERENT. Not just 2 cars ago, you were smiling and being kind. But then you get to me and there is a PROBLEM.
The thing about RACISTS is their usual lack of self-control. It is EXTREMELY difficult to separate service from hatred. Because HOW can anyone expect them to service people they don't believe should even have the right to expect that from them?! How dare we?! So instead they believe that being RACIST gives them some sort of power. By being an appalling inhumane being they can wield the false power, attempting to assert misaligned automony. The powerless seeking power on someone else's CLOCK is wildddddd!
Please choose better people. The power of dollar and cents should make PERFECT SENSE. I run a group of thousands of people-- we makeracistsfamous.
All that to say, the service was terrible. Especially the tall, blonde, unique haircut and the pregnant blonde at the drive-thru window and the very round order taker on lane 2. All of them are a PROBLEM.

Walked out of our first Chick-fil-A. There was a woman talking to a man at the end of the counter, 1 guy taking an order of 1 person in front of us. Waited our turn, with a CFA employee behind us in line, then a guy came in behind the employee who then got out of line, went behind the counter, the guy taking the order, took the guy behind us first, us still waiting. There were 3 other employees behind the counter. Not one spoke to us or waited on us. By then, 2 more people were behind us. We walked out to see they were not even backed up in the drive-thru. There were 2 cars at the front to order, and cars were ahead of them waiting on their food. There should have been no reason not to wait on us, but we left. Where's the customer service these days??

As always Chick-fil-A never disappoints. We ordered a platter for our Christmas party at my job. I arrived early for pickup, they started working on it while I waited and offered me a free drink. They are always very friendly and efficient. The only place you don't have to double check your bag.
The service was very nice. The personeñ was very professional, pomite. The restaurant was clean organized, food was great!

They never seem to get my order right. They cannot even give you the correct nugget count. Ckn was cold and breading was light and barely cooked. I'm not sure what happened but service there continues to decline
