I always have to get a vanilla milkshake and some sweet tea when I go by.
David and his crew at his Chick-fil-A seem to be of the opinion that they can give customers whatever they want when they didn't order it or screw up an order without repercussion and David doesn't seem to care a whole lot. His people constantly get orders wrong and don't seem to care this is an issue that David and his management staff needs to fix or I'll stop going to Chick-fil-A as a whole.
I never like to leave a bad review unless it's truly warranted. Today I was livid. I was charged 78 dollars for 27 dollars worth of food. I was in drive thru, my side of the drive thru a male was taking orders but a female approached the car and placed my order. Receipt says Morgan. This was on 7/16 around 1220. I paid 27.39 for my order and pulled past the male taking the orders. He walked around as I'm waiting for my food and in front of everyone said my card didn't go through. (My fault for just pulling my card out again and swiped it without questioning) but I saw the total was 50.29. I looked at my account pulling forward to get the food and explained to the guy handing me and my daughter's food that I was charged twice, nearly 78 bucks for 27 worth of food. He was kind, and refunded my card and said sorry, (and I do apologize to him)but I could barely speak I was about to cry. That was my bill money. I have to wait 48 hours and hope I get my money back otherwise I was told to call. Would not recommend this chick fil a.

Always have great food. Was kind of sad that they were out of the spicy chicken for my salad.
This Chick-fil-A is excellent all the way around. Especially the staff.. if every business would follow their patterns like customer service, work ethics, common curiosity and values, along with respect , as Chick-fil-A and Publix do , then everyone would be happy and satisfied and would not mind spending their money . However, that being said, Chick-fil-A needs to bring back their coleslaw, the carrot, and raisin salad, along with regular french fries .. I'm not a fan of the waffle fries. They taste like dirt to me. Listen to your customers.... BRING THEM BACK!!!!!!!!!!
The food was great! My fries were a little cold. Service was alright. It felt a little rushed (though we were in the drive-thru) and they didn't say the iconic "my pleasure".
Vegetarian options: They have a veggie wrap that puts beans and corn instead of the chicken. You can also get any of their salads customized and take the chicken off. The sides are pretty good as well. They have waffle fries, mac and cheese, fruit cup, side salad and you can ask for applesauce from the kids menu.
Kid-friendliness: This location seemed pretty kid-friendly. The outside patio had hula hoops for them to play with. And they have kids meals that come with educational toys.
