Ever since covid this location has been inconvenient for dining in. They changed their entire arrangement to try not to be in contact with people. It just doesn't fit with the chain philosophy.

I hate to say it, but if the food is so salty, it crunches, I don't go back. I forced the sandwich down with lots of water. Threw away the fries. So salty, rats all I tasted. Like any fast food joint!

I was visiting family at the Piedmont Newnan hospital directly across the street and placed a delivery order for her because she had to be admitted. The order was to be delivered to the Emergency Room Entrance. The app asked for my contact information which I provided and there was a note to delivery to the ER, but no call ever came. Idk what happened to the food. I reached out to the restaurant and tried to explain how the app went from showing the ETA for the food, to not showing an order. The person on the phone, Oden, kept saying my phone notified me. It did not, the phone service was also terrible. I had all of my service bars yet the phone kept goin out when Oden spoke. I wouldn’t patronize this Chick-fil-A again if a natural disaster struck. They wouldn’t refund my money and when I told them I was from out of town they offered me some damn points for in app. I will be calling to speak with a real mgr as I’m not sure Oden was one…maybe a shift lead.

This location is so great! I’ve been to the one on Bullsboro, & senoia, and this one is always more efficient, and the employees are so professional! These guys actually love their jobs, and their customers!

The building layout is definitely my favorite part about this location since it looks different than other locations around including the newly rebuilt locations. Haven't had issues with the food or staff. The only thing that can be a stinker here is the service is slow. A little slower than the other locations around. Not sure why it is but I do find myself waiting like 7 to 10 minutes for a Uber Eats or Doordash pickup. My own personal orders take close to the same time. I've just started placing my mobile orders when I'm on my way but further from the store. Overall, a good location but slower service than other Chick-fil-As in the area.

Julia Made My Day — Even in 90° Heat! A True Leader and One of the Hardest Workers I've Seen

Last week, I was having a rough day when I went through the Chick-fil-A drive-thru for a 4-count chicken strip meal. It was around 90 degrees outside, and Julia was out there taking orders face-to-face in the heat—yet she still greeted me with a warm smile and an incredibly positive attitude.

From start to finish, Julia handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and care. She didn’t just take my order—she created a moment of genuine connection that turned my whole day around. It was clear she wasn’t just going through the motions—she truly cares about what she does and the people she serves.

She’s one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen. Despite the heat and the fast-paced environment, Julia stayed focused, friendly, and composed. You can tell she leads by example, and it’s obvious her presence makes Chick-fil-A a better place.

I’m not sure where Julia is in her career, but I can confidently say she deserves a raise. People like her are rare—hardworking, compassionate, and impactful. Thank you, Julia, for being the bright spot in my day. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have her.

The worst chick fil a I’ve ever experienced. Time and time again I give these ppl chances and each time they fail me. Four different occasions they made me miss my lunch. I ORDER AHEAD ONLINE but somehow they either say they never received the order but manages to charge my card or the delivery time continuously changes. I’ll just order from Truetts from now on
