David and his crew at his Chick-fil-A seem to be of the opinion that they can give customers whatever they want when they didn't order it or screw up an order without repercussion and David doesn't seem to care a whole lot. His people constantly get orders wrong and don't seem to care this is an issue that David and his management staff needs to fix or I'll stop going to Chick-fil-A as a whole.
This Chick-fil-A is excellent all the way around.
Especially the staff.. if every business would follow their patterns like customer service, work ethics, common curiosity and values, along with respect , as Chick-fil-A and Publix do , then everyone would be happy and satisfied and would not mind spending their money .
However, that being said, Chick-fil-A needs to bring back their coleslaw, the carrot, and raisin salad, along with regular french fries ..

The food was great! My fries were a little cold. Service was alright. It felt a little rushed (though we were in the drive-thru) and they didn't say the iconic "my pleasure".
