Be careful ordering because if they mess up the order you have to go online for the refund. Which takes you putting in a ticket with CS. They say they can’t do refunds on the store. And careful getting it delivered because they don’t ensure the drivers get the right drinks.

Usually it's pretty good but the Newnan location has a cashier that has the personality of a slug... Never smiled never said a word nor read the order back. She looked irritated to have to actually do anything...

Somehow at midday they were out of almost all of their food! They let us pay before letting us know that they didn’t have half of the things we asked for. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Very unfortunate that I have to leave a bad review about a place I love. The service was great the girl at the counter was very pleasant and the chicken salad was okay not the best I’ve had from here but not bad but the bread was stale like rock solid stale and all of the crackers were stale as well all of them or most of them had been open for who knows how long and I didn’t see this till I got home. I wish no trouble upon the workers here I just hope by leaving this someone will pay more attention to things like this :/

Only 4pm and already out of their Bogo promotion for Mother’s Day. Advertised it well enough that I actually knew it was happening but didn’t have the product to support it. I walked up to the door with 2 other people who also came for this and had to turn around and leave. Some of us drive kinda far for this. Definitely make sure you call them but good luck because you can’t even order it online to make sure it’s there by the time you get there. Super disappointed in this.

Edited to say that I find it funny they can respond to positive reviews left after mine but ignores any problems that may arise from their loyal customers. Not at all the culture I thought this place was supposed to be.

I ordered Olivia's Old South on a croissant with side of loaded potato soup. Husband ordered Sassy Scotty on a croissant with loaded potato soup. Both meals came with a dill pickle slice. Soup was definitely cheeeeesy! And the chicken salad was perfect on the croissant.
I guess they stopped giving cookies with meals, cause neither of us got one. Still, we enjoyed it.

The chicken salad is so bland. I got 2 different flavors to try. I was really looking forward to trying fancy Nancy, as I love a good fruity crunch in my chicken salad, but I unfortunately there was only 1 apple piece and 2 grape slivers in the whole thing. There was also barely any nuts. It tasted like plain old chicken and mayo and was so disappointing. I forget the name of the other flavor I tried, but it had eggs and relish and the relish was literally the only thing that gave it some flavor. For the price and what you get, it’s so not worth it. I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 simply because the lady at the register was nice.
