I live about thirty minutes away. Have you ever opened your bag with your chicken bowl, queso blanco, and there are no chips. Extremely disappointing sight. I called the store multiple times, but I could never get passed the AI customer service attendant. The computer assistant wouldn't connect me with a human. All it wanted to do was take my order. I repeatedly said missing item.

Had a great experience at the Chipotle in Newnan! The service was fast and the staff was super friendly. They weren’t shy with the portions — huge scoops all the way down the line, which made for a seriously filling meal. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely one of the better Chipotle locations I’ve been to — I’ll be coming back for sure!

I ordered a bowl and they added ingredients to it that I can't eat and when I called they sent me to voicemail. Im pregnant and they added lettuce to it that was some of it brown and wilted so it could have made me sick.

Average Chipotle, nothing significant to note other than the bathrooms and tables could have been much cleaner. Portion sizes were okay, but could be much better.

I'm really disappointed in Chipotle. After receiving so-so service the last time, I tried to give Chipotle one more chance. When I arrived the line was super long but I didn't mind the wait. However, the more I looked around it was apparent that nobody had been cleaning the establishment(maybe due to high volume of customers)! The trash bins were over flowing with trash falling out and the tables weren't cleaned. I proceeded to get my order to go but there were no napkins or flatware stocked. One of the employees walked over to me and handed me a single fork and said she didn't have time to put more out. Once home(literally 2 minutes away) I start to eat and my tortilla chips are stale and my food was horrible! I usually don't like to do bad reviews but it was bad.

This location really needs stronger leadership and management to handle the very basics of the restaurant. The dining area is consistently unclean. Food and trash all over the floors, dining tables have leftover food on them so you have to bring your own sanitizer wipes and clean the table and chairs yourself before you sit down. They were out of several ingredients such as beans and other toppings while here. The employee making our food looked miserable and I should have just left without completing the order but for some reason I endured the experience.

This location is really struggling, needs someone that can manage the employees to keep it clean, smile and be friendly and keep the food fresh. Otherwise we don’t plan to return to this location…
