Food is great but half the time, the workers can't read so your gets messed up. This happens the most to me when I doordash, so I stopped ordering that way and decided to order thru the website, had worse issues, I'm just over it. Wish the people read how the order is supposed to be. Example, 3 tacos with chicken, brown rice, black beans and cheese, what I get is 3 tacos with chicken , white rice, no blacks beans and salsa instead of cheese... Can you workers please do better

Ordered from here twice today. One for lunch at 220pm, one for dinner at 813pm. Just that kind of day. The food was cold right out the bag. I mean everything. My lunch quesadilla wasn’t event stuck together. My dinner burrito (steak, cheese, and corn salsa) cold. What kind of quality control is going on here where I have to heat my food up to consume it? It honestly feels like a waste of money and another reminder why we should just cook at home.

Ran out of chicken so had to get steak. Was given a scoop that contained about 5 pieces of steak. Had to order double steak to get a normal serving.
As in what they normally actually give you, not what I consider normal.
Ordered queso. They filled the cup half way and charged full price.
Customer service rep pretty much said sucks to be you.
10/10 recommend going to peachtree city over this location.

To start off, I am a very picky person when it comes to tomatoes. And everytime I get chipotle there’s always extra tomatoes that somehow get inside of my bowl. Now, this may not sound like a huge concern but take into account that there’s vegans and vegetarians out there that don’t want any type of meat getting into their bowl. Or people that are allergic to tomatoes can’t have tomatoes get inside their bowl. To end it, Chipotle needs to work on their contamination of other foods.

we ordered doordash to our workplace and the food was not filled up at all. literally half of the bowl was filled with food. my coworker found a fingernail in her food as well. do not order takeout. the food is usually good but i guess they slack off when you’re not there to watch them make it.

So here’s the thing. the new Spanish girl up front was super sweet and served me with a smile, and it looked like she was still in training. No complaints there, she had great energy. But when I asked for the beef barbacoa, I swear I got the “diet portion.” For ten bucks I was expecting enough meat to at least make my burrito weigh something. I could’ve gone to a local spot and got enough food to feed me and my regrets. No for real the portion was small kinda bummed. People were nice place looked clean. Ill try again in a year.
Every time I go here the food is amazing and I love the juice that they have next to the napkin/lid station. Kayden is very friendly and provided good service.

Ordered a burrito through uber eats which was a great service btw however $28 with tip and the restaurant prepared a burrito half the size which was very disappointing.

We placed a large catering order and had a wonderful experience. They went through our order with me item by item to make sure we had everything. And then they carried it all to the car for me. SO helpful!
